The farm boasts several extra facilities free for use by riders, and available at a charge for outside users.
- The Arena
The stables have an excellent, full size. twenty by forty metre arena/menage area. The free draining area is covered in plastic and rubber granules which slow down freezing in Winter and ensure that the arena is frost resistant and never becomes waterlogged. Thus this facility is available in all weather, at all times of the year.
- The Horsewalker
The farm also has a recently built, fully electronic horsewalker. The walker, after being set and started by the user, will walk the horse in one direction for a set time before changing direction automatically, hence giving the horse vital exercise when the owner is too busy to ride it personally.
