1. Group is divided at the ratio of 2:1:1:2 for Group A:B:C:D. Final grouping shall be finalized before the climb
2. Also determined by fitness level. Highest for group D
    
Section Allocation
1. Refer trail section statistics & group allocation table
2. Collection starts at the Timpohon Gate by all
3. Then group B, C & D shall proceed to their destination while group A collect rubbish along the Timpoon Gate and Carson Fall trail
4. Group A shall proceed to the next point and collect rubbish along the trail. The collection shall be stored at the shelter for collection on the way back
5. The cut off point for Group A is about Ubah point. Once the collection completed, group A can now proceed to Laban Rata/ Panar Laban
6. For Group B, collection starts about Ubuh Point and ends about mempening
7. Group C starts about Mempening and ends about Villosa
8. Group D starts about Villosa and ends at Panar Laban
9. From Panar Laban to Low’s Peak all team shall be involved. All team shall bring the collection to Panar Laban. Group D shall bring the collection down to Timpohon Gate
10. All collection shall be gathered at the allocated area near Timpohon Gate
    
Collection Method
1. Before the journey begins, each group must decide the distribution of workload among team members. Team members may decide to subdivide the allocated trail. All members must come to an agreement on the workload before the journey begins
2. Rubbish collection shall be segregated by cans, and others
3. The collected rubbish is to be placed in the 19" X 26" plastic bag. Aluminium Soda Cans are to be crushed (if you can)
4. Once the plastic bag is about full, fasten the bag by tying the handle together and keep in the sack
5. Once the sack is about full, fasten the sack using cable tie and then Raffia string. Ensure that the sack is strongly fastened and TIED at nearest shelter
6. When each group completed the allocated trail, proceed to Laban Rata / Panar Laban
7. Rubbish collection between Panar Laban and Low’s peak will be done on the way back. Each person shall carry one plastic bag and the collection shall be under the responsibility of Group D for bringing down top Timpohon Gate
8. Each group shall then proceed to their respective trail to pick up the sacks. Depending on the workload agreement between group team members, the sack shall be brought down and kept at the allocated area at Timpohon gate
9. If the weight of each sack is too heavy, it may be towed along the trail
    
This method is not compulsory and each group may decided otherw.ise as long as all collected rubbish are brought back to the allocated area at Timpoon Gate.

Do

2. Inform team leader of any special condition you have such as allergies , etc, etc

4. Encourage your team mates to exercise before the climb

Contingencies
1. Emergencies
Should any team member be unable to proceed, he or she must inform Group leader.
    
2. Raining
Group leader decides to hold/call off collection if rain occurs. If collection is behind schedule, then members should proceed to Laban Rata / Panar Laban. Collection can be continued on the way back.
    
3. Ran out of collection resources
If there is insufficient resources then team members shall stop collection and proceed to Laban Rata / Panar Laban. Members shall make note and inform Group leader. Resources audit shall be done at Panar Laban / Laban Rata. Further decisions shall be made there.

Note     
During the climb, there will be many tourists and their guides along the trail. Finding help under such circumstances should not be too difficult. Doctors and the team leader shall decide what to be done and if any rescue required leave it to experienced people.

Class 2: Ill / Sick But Still Able To Proceed With Help
    
Action plan
Should class 2 emergency occurs, the other team member need to accompany the affected member to descend (incase team leader is behind) until the group leader is met. Once the team leader is met, a decision has to be made on whom to accompany the affected teammate to descend. If no agreement can be made then the team leader will have to accompany the teammate to descend. In doing so, the team leader shall appoint his successor and handover all resources required for the collection. In case the original team leader is able to rejoin the group then his position shall be reinstated.

Class 3: Person’s Need Coaxing (Kick In The Butt)

Action plan
Should Class 3 emergency occur then, its up to the team leader? He/she can either persuade the teammate to continue or allow the person to return. However, the team leader must be satisfied without doubt that the affected person is able to proceed to the park headquarters.
