Practices Primary pool practices are held Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at Frogs Club One(located at Carmet Mt. Ranch in San Diego). Additional practices, pool and dry land, WILL BE scheduled during the week days. Dry land practices will be held at Frogs Club One and/or at a nearby public park; (Valle Verde Park, Starridge Park, or Silverset Park). Attendance at all, or even most, practices is NOT mandatory. More practices are held each week to provide flexibility.  The Red star is Frogs Club One The three parks are: Silverset Park, Starridge Park, and Valle Verde Park (located N/W of Frogs). Starridge, and Silverset are on the lower right portion of the map. |
