Cooper about the Team       The San Diego Tigers is a new USA Water Polo, Inc. sanctioned water polo team. It was formed this summer; the summer of 2002. We are looking forward to seeing you at the pool! about the Coach       The Tigers Water Polo Club was founded by head coach Daniel Cooper. Mr. Cooper received his All-American high school water polo player honors during both his junior and senior years at high school. Though, his original experience was under the leadership of coach Roy Wilks at La Puente High School, California, his All-American honors were received while he played with the New York Athletic Club Men's First Team. While at the NYAC, Mr. Cooper played in international tournaments; played in foreign countries. After graduating high school, Mr. Cooper played with Mount San Antonio Junior College, California where he re-united with his former coach, coach Roy Wilks.
