B.C. and Gandalf would like to welcome you to the Two Cats Research Institute, Bureau of Research and Development. All the new TCRI research topics will be developed right here in this site. If you would like to propose a research topic for the TCRI, simply click on the email address below. B.C. and Gandalf will promptly display the topic on the list below, and then any users who would like to propose a question on said topic are also encouraged to click the same link. When enough questions are proposed, a study will be done and published on this very page, eventually being integrated with the Tylerian Undergrounds as a whole. So if you're confused about anything at all in the world, just remember, the TCRI cares, and wants to help. So ask away!
