Ammo clip: Contains 5 rounds for pistol, machine gun and chaingun.
Ammo box: Contains 25 rounds for pistol, machine gun and chaingun.
Gasoline canister: Refills your flame thrower; good for 14 shots.
Crate of rockets: Contains 5 rockets for the rocket launcher.
Back pack: Increases the amount of ammo you can carry. Also contains 20 bullets, 4 shots for the flame thrower, and 5 rockets.
Dog food: Gives a 4% boost to your health. Better than nothing!
Dinner: Gives a 10% boost to your health.
First aid kit: Gives a 25% boost to your health.
One-up: Restores your health to 100% and gives you an extra life.
Silver key: Opens doors locked with a silver key. The Death Knight carries this, but he doesn't give it up too easily!
Gold key: Opens doors locked with a gold key. All the other bosses carry these, including Schabbs.
Jewelled cross, Goblet, Treasure chest and Crown: Four different religious and/or treasure items collected by Hitler. Pick up 50 of these in any one level to get an extra life.
