Arcvic - Upgrade your ARM machine to a VIC-20!

Arcvic is a Vic-20 emulator that should run at 100% speed on Acorn's 8-Mhz ARM-2 and up. It is written in 100% assembler, and this first version has been hacked together within one week. It uses JIT compiling to give the emulation the necessary speedup.
