Paradigm Analysis
-The Chaotes World View-
In The Beginning
To start, every mage has a differenet perspective on reality. Eventually these mages flocked to their respective flags of similar perspectives and being all dynamic in nature they begin to war over reality. Not all mages find a collective though, usually because of a personal obsession.
Of Factions and Lunatics
This is the first form of a distinctive faction although ironically they are not a group at all. They are the Marauders who are for the most part are the only mages who stay dynamic over the long run and because they never form a collective reality other then their own obsessed paradigm that they each create individually their transformational influence on reality has been the only thing keeping it going as strong as it is even when it tends to massively distort around them. Eventually those factions that did form begin to war.
Outcomes to the Ascension War
The winning side then wins the prize of being in control of the sleepers and thus collective reality. They are of course known as the Technocracy and because they now rule collective reality it then becomes modeled after their paradigm. Eventually they become more preserver like since they have achieved what all the other factions still seek to yet they two find perfection still yet unattainable. Thus the technocratic mages fall from the dynamic into the catagory of pattern essences. The losing factions as underdogs unite into one collective faction known as the Traditions. Because their dynamic natures are impeded by the collective reality more and more become questing orientated thus they two in majority are no longer truely dynamic in essence. Yet if any tradition were to trade control of the collective paradigm they would obviously shift positions amongst their essence majority in the same relation as the technocracy did.
The Fallen Ones
Some mages become discouraged in not being able to achieve their ultimate vision and others start making darker and darker deals with the entities beyond the gauntlet becoming what are known as the infernalists who because of their deals and contracts become more and more like a spiritual technocracy thus its believed a great deal of them have a pattern essence as well. However a great deal fell even further for the lust of power. Eventually they are the ones who give up seeking any particular dream and instead seek to eliminate the others dreams as well. Secretly in hopes of being able to corrupt and obliviate enough souls in the process in order to start anew. Yet since they learned that corrupting and obliviation also gave them horribly wicked powers they became more obsessed with personal power to insure that their desires would be fulfilled even before that of the other members of this faction. This primordial essence orientated faction thus became the Nephandi and they grow stronger and stronger by corrupting more and more.
The Disillusioned
The last faction to form was that of the Dreaming essence. The Hollowers later to be named Chaotes realized just why everything worked out as it did. Because of this they are now awaiting the collapse of reality. Yet because of their changeling related dreaming essence, which was the realization of their personal paradigm as being only self satisfying, they are now preparing to build alternate collective realities so that they may exist apart from the collapsing realms of existence. This world apart approach is actually reflected among a lot of the other factions as well but the hollow ones are the only group yet so far who have been able to successfully pull it off as of yet. Because of this they realize that the nephandi secretly desire to achieve their own personal dreams and this has lead these two factions to many skirmishes over the failing reality. Thus becoming ultimate enemies especially since the chaotes seek to give everyone what they personally want and the nephandi seek only what they individually desire.
Final Outcomes
Many of the factions will be eliminated in the upcoming apocalypse, the end times of this dark era. Since the traditions and conventions are starting to realize more and more how correct the Hollow Ones are in the path they've chosen, although few will ever admit, they are beginning to stop fighting at last. And in concluding the ascension war a new world view is finially being realized by these archaic factions. Those who because of their pride that refuse to acknowledge this will either go mad or will be found in the ranks of the fallen ones. However for those who manage to hold on by giving up the endless quest of maintaining a corrupted reality or attempting to bring its downfall are beginning to see the potential in the days to come. And so the final history of the world has yet to be written.....
-Final Notes-
Before giving the stats on how to incorporate paradigma I'd like to mention that this sphere basically deals with the identification of belief and how it effects ones reality. When in mundane reality things don't exist long here unless they are crystalized and conceptualized by definitions. And without Focus an object starts to become a mere concept and one cannot have a Focus without a Foci to Focus on (Unless they use their Focus as a form of Foci). This is where paradigma takes effect. It is also why techno-magick is considered static. They have overly defined it. Thus consensually it is believed in and not usually questioned. In a sense, this is the most basic form of empowerment. Once a mage begins to use such techniques they start having it become easier to retain their self identity and to store such information more readily freeing themselves from the daily brainwashing of the misinformation and propaganda of others that they battle mentally on a daily basis.
Paradigma

Mage has ability to transmute quintessence into glamour point for point.


Mage is now aware of how to utilize glamour magicks as opposed to using quintessential magicks.



Mage has the ability to create glamour through use of psychological bunks, etc.




Mage can now shift another persons awareness of reality into a fey sequence through use of glamour. This has the effects of having all glamour magicks forgotten later of or to become unclear in a normal persons memory.





Mage can now influence the consensual reality of their current enviroment with glamour. Mage has also developed a Seeming at this point by transmuting their Avatars or perhaps by converting their own perceptions of their Avatars. The mage can now store glamour in their Avatar/Seeming as well as quintessence.
Beyond this level is the sphere of Memetics & Glamour Magick
