My heart is torn between love and hate
You bruise me with your hateful words
I try to love you, but you make it so hard
I don’t understand how you can say you love me so

I don’t know how I can live with out you
I guess I’ll have to try
I have no choice in the matter
You sing a hurtful cry

I know I didn’t do anything wrong
I was myself, I did not fake
I told you my visions, I showed you my dreams
And now you think I am yours to keep

I use to look up to you, the way you sang your words
Now I just look down upon you, I’d hate to say it so
You seemed so strong in the beginning, now you look so week
What happened to you?
