In Brightest Day In Darkest Night
Review by Christy Lein
For anyone who claims to be a lover of GK3 this story is
a must. Set in a small town in France, many of the same
themes that run through Blood of the Sacred Blood of the
Damned are also key to "In Brightest Day in Darkest Night."
By Maya Aranya
Gabriel is having dreams again, but what is the Seal of
Solomon and why is it haunting his dreams? The answer lies
in France, off go Gabe and Grace, and Grace's new computer.
Maya begins with brutal murders and uncovers the origins of
St George, the Templars, and the seal of Solomon. Ancient
secret orders are also unearthed such as the Templars, the
Mithras, and the Cult of the Serpent. In the end the seal of
Solomon and the key of St. George must work together to find
an ancient treasure.
This is a great, well research story that will keep you
on the edge of your seat till the end. And this story is
completed, so you don’t have to wait for the answers to the
mystery.

Mad Woman In the Attic
Review by Maya Aranya
If you're a Bronte fan, you'll definitely recognize the
ambiance in "Mad Woman in the Attic" - a Gothic mystery set
in New Orleans, featuring Gabriel Knight, Grace Nakimura and
some other familiar and not so familiar denizens of the Big
Easy. A disturbing tale in many ways, the complex story
unfolds in a richly atmospheric fashion.
At the start, we discover that all is far from well
between our favorite Schattenjager and his assistant:
Gabriel hires a red haired replacement to run St.George's
Books, upsetting Grace in the process. At this time, Grace's
childhood friend, a professor from Yale, arrives in New
Orleans to research the work of a famous nineteenth century
New Orleans poetess. Her friend's arrival forces Grace to
rethink the direction her life has taken. Gabriel has his
own problems... will he end up completely alienating
Grace?
In the background, the chilling secrets of a famous New
Orleans family are spilling out of the closet, and a string
of grisly deaths puts Mosely back on the frontline, hunting
a killer with a very twisted mind. A famous but
controversial rock star, a beautiful but enigmatic heiress,
a bizarre series of seemingly unrelated occurrences...
Gabriel and Grace are drawn inevitably into a terrifying
supernatural web of secrets, lies, murder.
Take a walk on the dark side with the Mad Woman... but
don't say you weren't warned. If you're easily shocked,
you'll find this very disturbing. Even if you aren't, there
are some real chills in store. Incidentally, this is still a
work in progress, so do write to the Mad Woman (and keep
writing till she finishes the story! Some of us have been in
suspense for months.)
