The Library is a specialized shadow construct created by Mandor for the express purpose of gathering information. Little more than that is known about it, save that Mandor has a good deal of information about the Royal Family kept there, perhaps even records of events/personages that are unknown to them.

Major Events of Note:

• Kianne's child arrives at the Library attached to Dara; severely harms both her and Mandor before binding itself to a shadow librarian named Konrad.
• Mandor raises Konrad and keeps him ignorant of his background; Dara remains in the Library under Mandor's 'care'.
• Mandor and Konrad journey to Amber.
• Konrad and Quynn briefly visit the Library to fetch some texts; Konrad learns of his parentage.
• Mandor returns to the Library after escaping Carcosa, bearing the Pallid Mask. He is assaulted by Arthur, who claims the Mask and leaves.
