Captain T. Wire is planning to take over the U.S. through the means of hypnosis.  His plan is to transmit hypnotic waves via television.  His targets are children, and his hypnosis will be transmitted through all children’s cartoon shows.

At 1900 hours, Ice got onto her cloud and left H.Q. and went to the center of North Park.  There, she used her ice sword to freeze the clock, and doing so, she froze time (actually, she just slowed down time by 1000 times).  At that precise moment, the satellite dish Captain T. was using to transmit hypnosis, exploded.  It set off a chain reaction all the way to 49th street, revealing Captain T’s location.
Thorn, Puppyangel, and I were there by the time Ice arrived.  We were holding off Captain T. and we didn’t want to kill hi just yet.  We figured that Ice would do that part the best (less mess maybe).  Surprisingly, Captain T. had a time shield all around his control room so he was able to continue working even thought the rest of the world was frozen in time.  When Ice arrived, she used her expertise swordsmanship and danced around the Captain while he shouted curses at her and clumsily grabbed his own sword.

Ha.  That’s right.  I pulled out my sword and the Captain didn’t stand a chance.  He countered my first few strikes but on the fourth swing, I knocked his sword out of his hand and left him unarmed.  What an amateur.  Tch.  My sword easily slipped through him and he screamed and collapsed in two, as the icy touch of my sword and his warm body made a fizzling sound.  All that was left of him was watery purple goop.

Heh. Yeah.  I was relieved to finally see the destruction on my most hated enemy.  I laugh at his death.  Anyway, I blasted open the titanium case in which the splash pole was kept.  We found out, from Captain T’s notes, that the splash pole was what really caused and transmitted the hypnosis, and not the satellite.  I tossed the pole to Angel and before it could take effect on us, Puppyangel squarely knocked it over and shattered it into precisely one million shards.  The U.S. was saved.  Mission: ACCOMPLISHED
