Meaning of the green belt :

The green belt represents the growth of the plant, like the abilities of the student which are also growing.

 

Theory on :

- The knowledge of the origin and the development ofTaekwon-do

- The usefulness of the one-step sparring

 

Basic techniques:

1- Reverse turning kick ( L-stance)

2-Coup de pied ciriculaire inversé renversé (walking stance)

3- Flying turning kick (L-stance)

4- Walking stance Circular block

4- L-stance while inner high knife-hand

5- L-stance while middle guarding block

6- Fixed stance middle punch
