All of our Koi are double bagged with pure oxygen and placed in a Styrofoam lined sturdy 
box to minimize temperature fluctuations during shipment. Ice packs will be included if needed. We DO NOT charge a box or shipping supply fee. We will arrange a shipment arrival date with you in advance as there must be an adult available to sign for and receive your new Koi. Due to water weight, Koi shipping can be costly so we encourage you to purchase more than one new addition for your collection. 

Shipping costs: Usually range $45-85 
Destination, size of Koi and number of Koi determine the actual shipping cost.

For a more accurate shipping estimate, please email us. We guarantee the healthy and live arrival of our Koi. All Koi are shipped  or  overnight air. 
Losses during shipping are extremely rare. We will replace or refund the cost, at our option, 
of any Koi less shipping charges that do not arrive live. Any DOA claims must be made within 3 hours of arrival via email with photo proof of the dead Koi. All of our Koi are quarantined for a minimum of 4 weeks prior to being sold. During the quarantine period, we closely monitor our Koi for health issues/parasites & treat properly as needed. We cannot guarantee the Koi if the shipmentis not accepted on the specified delivery date. Due to the nature of Koi, we cannot be responsible once you place them in your pond or tank. All Koi sales are final and to insure the health of our stock, no returns will be accepted.
