AN/PVS-4: Image intensifying ("Starlight scope") attachable to most US weapons to allow accurate firing in almost pitch-black darkness. . Can be fitted to most current US Small Arms (less pistols). (Not seen on Stargate SG-1)
AN/PVS-5A: Older model binocular night vision goggles. AN/PVS-5's are passive, image intensifying, night vision system worn on the head. They are a second generation binocular system capable of providing night vision viewing using available light from starlight or moonlight. The built-in infrared light source provides added illumination for close-up work such as map reading. The PVS-5 is equipped with a head strap to allow "hands-free" operation. Automatically cuts out when exposed to bright lights. (Worn by SG-1 and SG-3 in "Broca Divide" and "Within the Serpent's Grasp".)
AN/PVS-7D: Night vision goggles. Amplifies ambient light like starlight and moonlight o form a green monochrome image. Also has an IR (Infra-Red) diode to provide short-range illumination in complete darkness. Otherwise, useless in complete darkness. Can be attached to a head harness or helmet mount. Automatically cuts out when exposed to bright lights. Uses either an unusual Lithium battery or 2 AA's. (Not positively seen in Stargate SG-1, helmet mounts seen in "Maternal Instinct")
AN/UDR-13 Radiac Set: This device is a compact, handheld device capable of measuring gamma/neutron dose from a nuclear source and gamma dose and dose-rate from nuclear fallout. It also has an audio and visual alarm for both dose-rate and mission dose. (Not seen in Stargate SG-1)
Chemical Agent Monitor: The CAM is a hand-held device for monitoring chemical agent contamination. The CAM has two controls: an on/off push button switch and a mode select push button switch which selects the blister or nerve-agent mode of operation. The CAM detects vapors of chemical agents by sensing molecular ions of specific mobilities (time of flight) and uses timing and microprocessor techniques to reject inferences. It can detect and discriminate between vapors of nerve and blister agents and display the relative concentration. The Marine CAM also detects and discriminates between other agents. (Seen on Stargate SG-1)
Chemical Protective Overgarment (CPOG): The Chemical Protective Overgarment (CPO) is a two-piece set, consisting of a jacket with an integral hood and pants. The ensemble is composed of a 50/50 nylon/cotton poplin ripstop outer shell and a liner material. The garments are available in seven sizes (small x-short, small short, medium short, medium regular, medium long, large regular, large long). US woodland camouflage is the standard color; however, other colors and patterns are available. (seen in hoodless form in "Cold Lazarus")
Danny's Knife: Season 1; Appears to be a simple straight bladed sheath knife.
Entrenching Tool: Commonly called an "E-Tool". A small metal shovel that folds in thirds and can be carried in a plastic carrying case attached to the tactical vest or belt.
Flashlight, Angle-Headed: Runs on 2 D-Cell batteries and comes equipped with a spare bulb (stored in the base), colored (red, blue, semi-opaque white, and orange) lens covers, and a clip on the back. Has on/off/instant-on switch and is OD in color.
Food Packet, Survival, General Purpose: The six compressed bars or tablets are packaged individually and contained in a paperboard box. New food components have been developed that include: all-carbohydrate wintergreen tablets, a shortbread bar, a chocolate chip bar, a granola bar, and two cornflake cereal bars. The ration also includes one packet each of lemon tea, sugar, and a soup and gravy base. The total package is 33 in³ and weighs 336 grams. (Not seen in SG-1)
GDO (Garage Door Opener): This is a wrist-worn transmitter that transmits and receives encrypted signals through an open Stargate to the SGC's computers identifying the user and receiving the iris's current status. Compact, it can be worn unobtrusively and is frequently missed during quick searches… A numeric code must be entered prior to transmission and re-entered after a short idle time to prevent a useful theft.
HOOAH Bars: Energy Bars issued by the US Military. Long shelf-life and a lot of calories.
Field Pack, Large, with Internal Frame (FPLIF): The FPLIF is an internal frame pack with 6,800 cubic inches of storage space. It features a detachable 2,500 cubic inch patrol pack and an internal compartment for sleeping bag stowage. It is water resistant, adjustable and complements the normal center of gravity aiding in comfortable and efficient movement for the user. (Used by Marines assigned to the SGC.)
Goggles, Dust and Wind: These are standard issue throughout the military and use a rubber frame backed with foam rubber that fits over the standard issue glasses ("Birth Control Glasses"). the plate is a rather thick optically clear polycarbonate lens that is replaceable and comes in several shades from clear to almost black.
Goa'uld Weapon Shipping Crate: Shipping case for standard Issue Jaffa Weapons, namely Zat's and Staff Weapons. 2 Staffs and 5 Zat's are in the first (only?) layer. Because of the usual ratio of 1:1 or more Zat's to Staffs, either there are similar crates with only Staffs or a second (third?) layer of only Staff Weapons. Crate has Apophis' Sigil on lid and opens automatically split corner to corner.
Helmet, Kevlar: Ballistic helmet made of laminated Kevlar. Typically painted and worn with a cloth cover (available in many colors/patterns) to both break up the shape and shield the helmet from ultraviolet radiation that breaks down the Kevlar over time. It weighs between 3.1 (XS) and 4.2 (XL) pounds depending on size. (Seen in Stargate SG-1)

ITLBV, Improved Tactical Load Bearing Vest: Vest employed by the USMC, US Army, and USAF Security Forces to carry up to 6 M16-type magazines, 2 hand grenades, and other items attached to the vest or pistol belt. (Seen worn by Marines and Security Forces)
KLR 2250-D8 Motorcycle: The KLR is a lightweight, rugged, commercial, cross-country motorcycle that has been modified for military use. The size and construction make it highly mobile on all roads and cross-country terrain. The 1991 model KLR replaces the 1984 model. (Not seen in Stargate SG-1… but it should be.)
Load-Bearing Gear, Medical M5 Bag: Standard Medical Equipment Bag used for transporting medical supplies and equipment in the field. This is an older design and many more specific purpose types are also in use, but it is still a simple, sturdy design. Made of heavy duty canvas.
Load Bearing Gear, P90 Chest Harness: Strapping harness that secures to the butt of the P90 to allow comfortable and secure hands-off carrying and still allow the weapon to be shouldered. Can be worn to allow either left or right handed carry and worn under or over vests or outer clothing.
Load Bearing Gear, Pistol Holster, Russian Standard Issue: Issued with the PM Makarov. Accommodates the Makarov and one spare 8-round magazine in a brown leather or simulated leather holster. (Used by Russian Stargate Personnel and is general issue. Seen in "The Tomb")
Load Bearing Gear, Pistol Holster, Standard Issue: Issued with the M9 Berretta but accommodates the older M1911A1 and the M11 pistol. Standard flapped military holster for attachment (with "Bianchi Clips") to pistol belts. Reversible for left-handed use. To open, pull down on the (spring loaded) black loop on flap to unhook and open. It also contains a synthetic cleaning rod along the front of the holster. (Used by Security Forces personnel and Marines)
Load Bearing Gear, Pistol Holster, Thigh: Special issue holster of a type common to SWAT teams and special operations forces. These holsters put the pistol down where the hand naturally hangs and out of the way of items worn on the pistol belt, vests, and waist straps of ruck sacks. They typically include pouches for additional magazines and sometimes a cleaning rod.
Load Bearing Gear, Tactical Vest, SGC Issue: AKA "Omega Tactical Vest Medic/Utility". These have 9 utility pouches (follow the link for dimensions) and provision for carrying a water bladder inside the back. These can be seen (and purchased): here" (bikemancs from gaters.net) (Canon)
Load Bearing Gear, Thigh Ammunition Pouch: Triple magazine pouch used by SG-tams equipped with the MP5-series. Carries 3 30-round magazines. Typically worn on the left thigh. (Seen used with the MP5)
Load Bearing Gear, Zat Holster: Custom holsters designed to accommodate and securely carry a Zat'nik'tel in it's safe mode.
M17-Series Protective Mask: The M17A1/M17A2-series chemical-biological mask, with the M6A2 hood, protects against field concentrations of all known chemical and biological agents in vapor or aerosol form. The M17A1/M17A2-series protective mask is no longer standard issue for military personnel and was replaced only recently by the M40 (US Army or Marines) or MCU-2P (Air Force or Navy) series masks (though some remain in service). However, it could still be used for issue to civilians during missions such as noncombatant evacuation operations. This mask allows the wearer to drink from standard issue canteens using a tube that plugs into the cap. Talking in one results in a slightly tinny voice through the voicemitter in front. The mask must be disassembled to change the filter.
M40-Series Protective Mask: These protective masks are used by the USA and USMC for protection against chemical and biological weapons and radiological fallout. They do not provide oxygen. The M40 mask is typically fitted with a single filter canister (fitted to either side to allow firing of a weapon) though two canisters can be fitted. The M42 mask differs in the filter being installed at the end of a hose and positioned in the mask carrier. The filters are rapidly changeable. The mask is also fitted with a drinking tube to allow drinking from the caps of standard US issued canteens. The carrying case has a Velcro-secured front, a storage pocket for a decontamination kit, auto-injector nerve agent antidote kits, and can be carried at the left hip, under the left shoulder, or on the left thigh. The M42A1 chemical-biological mask has the same components as the M40. In addition, the M42A1 combat vehicle crewman mask has a detachable microphone for wire communication. The canister on the M42A1 mask is attached to the end of a hose and has an adapter for connection to a gas particulate filter unit. Just as the M40 mask, the filter canister is designed with NATO standard threads. The M42A1 mask has a second skin used for protection from liquid agents, a quick doff hood, clear and neutral gray outserts, and canister interoperability for easy attachment. The primary users include USA and USMC units. (Seen in "Cold Lazarus")
M144 Spotting Scope: (Not seen in SG-1)
M973 Small Unit Support Vehicle: Lightweight, all-terrain vehicle that, in my opinion, is an excellent choice for offworld use by Stargate teams. Not only does it fit easily through the gate, it is entirely amphibious and has excellent over-snow capabilities. It's tracks are of a rubber-over-metal-mesh design and is articulated in the middle (how it's steered.) It isn't particularly fast, but will crawl up almost anything. The body is an insulated plastic and fiberglass construction. The front car has one hatch over the front passenger seat and another in the center of the 2 rear seats. Engine and gearbox made by Mercedes Banz (6-cylinder Diesel). Two fuel tanks mounted on the rear of the front car.(Not seen in Stargate.)

MALP: Highly mobile remote sensor system fitted with a manipulator arm, microphone, radio transmitters, and camera.
MCU-2A/P Protective Mask: The MCU-2A/P mask with a serviceable canister filter installed protects the faces, eyes, and respiratory tract from chemical and biological warfare agents and radioactive dust particles. A properly worn mask provides USN and USAF personnel a gas-tight face seal which prevents unfiltered air from reaching the wearer's respiratory system. The major components of the MCU-2A/P mask include an outlet valve assembly, outlet valve cover, a drinking tube, a nosecup, an inlet valve, lens, outserts, and canister. The accessories for the MCU-2A/P mask include, a mask carrier, protective hood, mask outserts, and a special canteen drinking cap. The primary user includes USN and USAF personnel. (Worn by SG1 in "The Light".)
Meal, Ready to Eat (MRE): Standard field meal that can be eaten with only additional water. Current models (a far cry from the original dark-brown pouched rations) come with a 'just-add-water' flameless heater for the entrée, toilet paper, matches, gum, freeze-dried coffee, sugar, Tabasco sauce (in select meals), candy, and a relatively balanced meal packed in a water-proof and vacuum sealed light brown pouch. Typically packed 12 different menus in a cardboard box, the newer ones have much improved taste and palatability (a far cry from "pork patty with bean component") and are also available in Vegetarian and "Multi-faith" (i.e. Kosher and Halvah) selections for those with special diets. (Used by SG-1, specifically in "Fifth Man")
Pocket Stove: This small, lightweight stove burns battlefield fuels so Team members can heat water quickly and safely for their beverages, dehydrated rations and limited personal hygiene. To operate the stove, personnel first add an ounce of fuel that is stored in a small reusable container. The fuel is ignited using a match from the MRE. A canteen cup, part of the soldier's standard issue, is filled with water and placed in a stand over the stove. The fuel burns for about 10 minutes, heating 16 ounces of water by 100° F. The stove cools within a few minutes and can be packed and stowed. Weighing less than 4 ounces, the stove collapses for stowing in a backpack pocket or canteen cover. (Not seen in SG-1)
Sunglasses, Jack's: "O'Neill wears "glacier" type sunglasses with leather side shields. A model almost identical to the one he wears can be seen andpurchased: here" (Andy Cal)
Sunglasses, Everyone Else's: "The rest of the team, when they wear sunglasses, wear the more traditional glacier-type side shields with the stiffer brownside leather: here " (Andy Cal)
Tents: (Not positively seen in SG-1)
2-Man Shelter - Already about 35,000 of these tents have been produced for the Marine Corps to use in desert and temperate conditions. Rigorous physical requirements include weight, size and packaged size; withstanding snow loads, wind-driven rain and winds up to 40 mph; and undergoing multiple set-up and tear-down cycles without failure. The tent uses three durable poles to increase stability. The reversible fly-in camouflage green and desert tan-can be used as a standalone shelter. Screened vents on the two doors and roof aid the flow of air.

Transportation Activator: Attached to the wrist, activates Ring Transporters when the jewel is pressed.
Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV): A pilot-less aircraft remotely controlled and fitted with sensors and a communications relay for use in reconnaissance. It can also switch to automatic when beyond control range and fly search patterns.
Watches, Jack's "One item I noticed missing was the SG-1 team wristwatches. I'd consider these quite significant as it was O'Neill's hi-tech digital watch that (among other reasons) inspired Teal'c to come over to their side ("What is this?! This is not Goa'uld technology! Where are you from?!") in the original "Children of the Gods" movie/episode. The SG-1 team wears Casio G-Shock watches, the *original* G-shocks which are rectangular (not the newer round ones). They are model DW5600E-1V and can be seen: here" (Andy Cal)
Watches, Standard Issue: "When they are on the base, the team wears military-issue general-purpose quartz wristwatches, MIL-W-46374E. These can be seen (and purchased): here" (Andy Cal)
