    Concerned about the increasing crime rate and triad activities in Macau, some of our members had written an open letter to some local newspapers in Macau. The letter was published in one of the Portuguese newspapers (MacauHoje) in October 7, 1997. The letter was translated into two languages: English and Portuguese.
