The shadow "heroine" of the story (like Maki/Mary's role in the first Persona). A quiet, reserved yet problematic boy with a "beautiful face like a goddess" (by Sutou).

  • Problematic Boy:
Jun moved to Eikichi's KasusgaYama High 3 months ago after hurting student from his previous school by using his Persona. His Persona power was awakened since the Araya Temple arson incident, since then he'll attack those who picked on him because of his feminine face (and usually hurt his opponent half-dead). He never had any guilt or regret because he thought it's simply self-defense. He was forced to change school, and created quite a stirred when he attend Kasu High the first day because of his bad reputation. Eikichi's gang met with Jun and determined he's "harmless", and promised he'll under the protection of Kasu High's captain (^^;;). Jun never communicate with his classmate and rarely attended school ever since, thus he's called "The Mysterious new student"... (so no one discover his other identity...)

  • Broken family:
After Jun's father passed away, Jun's mother started living with younger man and sees Jun as a burden. Jun ran away from hom later. He both loves and hates his parents. By studying astrology and praciting organ, Jun yearned for his parents' shadows. (p.s. I won't reveal too much about Jun's life story, too big a spoiler for the game)

  • Fateful Triangle:
Tatsuya were closest friends when they're little, the only "Mask Rangers" kids who had seen each other's face underneath the mask. They swore to each other to protect "big-sister/Maya", who was like a mother subtitude to Jun. Therefore he projected Maya as his mother figure. He would not allow anyone hurt Maya....until one fateful day at Araya Temple...

  • TatxJun:
Jun is still wearing the watch Tatsuya gave him when they were little. The lighter he gave Tatusya was from his dad who swore to quit smoking when his mother demanded. Is the relationship between Tatsuya and Jun merely friends, or more than that? That's for the player to decide ^^;; (no matter what, still, they'd get reaction that "are you guys homo?" and jealousy beam from Lisa).

  • Guilt:
Although he seems cold, he's actually very tender, clever, responsible, honest and kind. He's very emotionally unstable, mentally tortured and made his soul twisted with hatred and guilt.

  • Weapon:
    Flower

  • Family:
Father (Kashihara Akirari--World history teacher at Seventh Sister High who died hanging at the Clock Tower )
    Mother (Famous actress Kurosu Junko)

  • Interest:
    Watching stars (taught by father)
    Zodiac Fortune-telling (taught by father)
Reading (favorite book is "Le Petit Prince" by Antoine De Saint-Exupery, bought by father) Cooking (family-feel~)

  • Special Skill:
Playing Organ (taught by mother when she was still nice to him, later Jun depressly practice to please her)
Invention (awarded works!) Cross-Dressing (able to look better than most girls)
  • Favorite Food:
    Omlet (made by mother)
    Chocolate

  • Dislike Food:
Cup Noodles (which he had suffer during his lonely parent-less childhood)

  • Difficult to deal with:
    Sport: weak body bishonen...sigh~~ Mother

  • Future Dreams:
Same as Tatsuya: According to what Maya said in their childhood -- able to show people what their ideals are.
  • Personal Comment: I guess Altus meant to "hide" this character from the promotion and you'd only find out about him until the last part of the game. People must be wonder for at least 30+ hours of game "who the heck is that black hair boy at the opening sequence?" Anyway it's a pleasant surprise, there's rarely any "shoujo manga" type of twisted mentally tormented pretty boy in RPGs, maybe they realized getting girls into games need character like that. The whole Tatsuya & Jun part is obviously girls' flavors, yet not too overdone to turn-off male players....clever clever! I really like Jun, especially his wicked grins before battles. All his contacts combo with others are very interesting.
