Joker: This mysterios cool looking figure is the leader of the secret cult "Kamen-To (Mask Gang)". Joker-sama spread a rumor among highschoolers that if they called from their cellphone to their own cellphone number, Joker would guide and fulfill a wish. He controls the power of "rumors" and made them become the "truth." He held some grudges against Tatsuya, Eikichi and Lisa. His true identity is Jun Kurosu.
King Leo - Sutou Tatsuya: Leader of the Kamen-Gang 4 heavenly kings. 28 years old. He worships Joker, and he dreamed of being a poet and held great interest in dreams, religion, subconscious state and the world of mind. His real identity is Sutou Tatsuya, the serial pyromania who set fire on Araya Temple 10 years ago. His father is a famous politician of Sumuru city and he raised Sutou to be a elite, made him go to Seventh Sisters highschool. He started to fantasize that "Star Demon - Tutumidle" had sent him elective wavelength signals. In order to respond, he commited to arson fire, claiming he's performing Aztec rituals. His teacher of that time was Kashihara Akirari, who wrote In-Laqetti (record of Aliens Mayan from who had visit earth long time ago) according to Sutou's "channeling". After commiting the arson fire on Araya Temple which shocked the community, in order to protect his son, Sutou's father threaten Tatsuya's family to drop their charges against his son, and causes Tatsuya's father to lose his job. When he set the fire on Araya Temple where Maya was locked inside (found out why in the game), Tatsuya witnessed his crime and injury the right side of Sutou's face with Tatsuya's Persona. When he stabbed Tatsuya, Maya used her Persona power to escape and stopped Sutou further harm Tatsuya. Sutou thinks Maya is a witch. He was grounded ever since. 10 years later, he called up Joker to grand his wish of being a poet and smelling freedom again. He found Joker's idea very similar to his admired old teacher and decided to become a "Heaven King" to guide human to the "Promise Land.".....

Prince Taurus - Sasaki Ginji: 33 yrs old. His real identity is Sasaki Ginji, the famous music producer well known for his lolicon taste (lolita complex -- old men likes young pre-teen girls). He used to have great dreams of being a rock star and started his own 2-men band once, but after a successful career he pursues being the producer. He produced few teenage girls idol groups but none of them went well, he started to lost his reputation in the business. Grunging on his past success, fame and pride, he seek out Joker to regain his fame and honor. He form the idol group "The Muses" and recruited Lisa and her 2 friends.....

Lady Scorpio - Anna : 18 yrs old. Her real identity is Yoshizaka Anna, Tatsuya's classmate. She dropped out of school after she got hit by a drunk driver. She was school's best short-distance runner, winning at many national highschool competition, her promising future was crushed in a instance. Not being able to run again, she became bitter, distanced and depressed. She learned of Joker's existance in club; however different from 3 other Heavenly Kings, she has no presonal desire to fulfill. She just wanted to help Joker because Joker experienced what she had gone through (both promising young life got destory by ugly adults). Yukino saw her past reflection on Anna and wanted to save her. Anna seems to show affection toward Yukino, she sees her as her "other half"... I think she's very cool and beautiful l!!! *_* Her hair looks very "visual rock" too.

Queen Aquarious - Korosu Junko: 37 yrs old. Her real identity is Korosu Junko, the beautiful actress first appeared at the TV station. From her face and hair is obvious to tell she's Jun's mother, they look almost identical. When she was 18, she was a student of Seventh (former Miss Seventh!). She has strange obsession on the popular, kind and good looking history teacher Kashihara. She "wanted" him for her pride and triumphant feeling over other female students. They got married when she was still a Senior in school; she felt very satisfy from the envy, jealous and admiration she got. After graduation the couple lived as ordinary family and Jun was born. She yearned for her glorious old days and ambition to become a famous actress. Her insistent of pursuing the career of stardom had lead to her demand of getting a divorce. During that time, Kashihara died (spoiler) and she changed her last name back to her maiden name "Kurosu" (Jun too). She abandoned her son and took off with her young lover. She feared aging and thus seeked and work for Joker (without realizing his true identity), she wished for turning back the clock and looking young and beautiful.

Hoshi Akari: works for King Leo. a 13 yrs old girl who loves Cosplay. She wants to become a mangaka and fancies too much about comics fantasy world -- being the legendary warrior saving the world blah blah...

Makimura Youichi: a 27 yrs old con-artist who trick woman into marriage for $. Ulala is one of his victims.
