Maja- 95% A must see for working class! how friendship could help you overcome the lonliness and struggling. I especially like the discuss of if baby should be borne out of wedlock, it did not take side just provided thoughts from two ends it's a comedy with tears and serious attitude towards issues. May-100% this drama is simply splendid! | ||

Bolei- 85% watched that a long time ago...can only recall a little bit. but upon thinking and recalling, it is an excellent series as it showed the ugly side of the reality of life...whether one can stomach it will determine how good the show is. | ||

Vicky- 80% Although it is a very old drama (1993), but I felt that the production and the dialogue is very interesting. It was very funny especially the facial expression and some of the dialogue of the performers. We can learned a lot about life and friends in this drama. How we should react to life and the people(incl. friends and classmates) around us. For a new-timer, the actors and actresses had performed quite well. Quite a good comedy to spend one's vacation. | ||

| About: A story of friendship and dreams begins as uptight professional [Yutaka]
meets free-spirited joker [Sorimachi] in a resort by a beach run by a highschool girl [Hirosue]
and her grandfather. [A very youthful series, full of sunshine and laughter ne!]. Bolei- 90% upon first viewing, i thought the whole series suck. very weird and at that time i was not ready for a different genre after coming through tokyo love story. however, upon retrospective, it was an excellent series and i felt like watching it again. not because that it has an all-star cast but because the stories are well written and touched on a different topic of the reality. definitely brings a fresh and unique touch to doramas. one cannot keep flogging a dead horse ie love story genre. Jeoy Choh- 70% Personally , I like Yutaka better than Takashi Sorimachi because I think he tries to act more macho than Yutaka when Yutaka is obviously more gorgeous . I find Takashi rather weird looking and Yutaka looks absolutely handsome especially when he wears a white long sleeved shirt . As for Hirosue Ryoko , she pales beside the gorgeous Inamori Izumi . Lilian- 98% i think it a great show cause it shows what are friends for and it inspire us to follow our dreams Hayashi Hideka-88% The drama is real funny and makes one feel envious of the lifestyle the characters are playing. Besides having the top actors/ actresses in the drama, the scenic view of the ocean makes one feel so comfortable. it's a background very different from other drama where they are usually in the city etc. Dialogues are witty and funny!! Transition of the character Keito is interesting, and Keito and Hiromi arguing is funny too! Saburo- 48% Directed at fans of Takenouchi and Sorimachi. A routine script which would not be watched were it not for the two leads trying to extract so much out of it. The series is episodic -- each major character has his/her own personal crisis to deal with. The show was a smash and, frankly, a story about two mumbling bums would be successful if it starred Takenouchi and Sorimachi. Just don't expect any revelations with this drama. Emily- 100% Yutaka Takenouchi is really great in the drama!!! and her girl firend is so great! May- 95% This is a really great drama focusing on friendship rather than love. though many people might not think it's interesting because it doesn't really have a plot, but when i watched this drama i found it to be very interesting and touching, it gave me a very comfortable feeling.
