After some Dr. Myu research, Dr. Myu managed to find a way to reopen hell's gate. Making friends with Dr. Gero while he was in hell, they decided to come up with a new being. Dr. Myu Then create Android #17 which has the same looks and powers like Dr. Gero's one.

While in hell, Dr. Gero also recreated another Android #17. This time, with better programming, Cyborg #17 is the type that listens to instructions.(Finally!)

After both Androids meet up with each other, they fusioned into the perfect version of Android #17. This version of Android #17 is so strong that all the Saiyan fighters can't even make a scar on him except for Son Gokou, of course.
