The outer senshi are Saturn , Uranus , Pluto, and Neptune .

These four sailors are extremely different from the inner senshi. The mostly hang out with each other, it isn't very often that they associate with the innies. They are not quite as worried about Serena as they are about defeating the Negaverse.

These four have defining characteristics about them. Although no two senshi are the same, they are the most distinctively different. Uranus, Pluto, and Neptune each have one of the talisman, when combined they form the holy grail which allows Serena to power up into Super Sailor Moon. These four also arrived in different ways and for different reasons. The inner senshi just kinda appeared and glowed their symbol, but most of the outties knew why they were there. Each of the outties also have some sort of weapon, the glaive, mirror, sword, and orb.
