Comalco Place -  Please excuse the sad photo.     This, the Blue Tower, stands next to AMP Place, with it being one foot shorter than AMP Place at 134metres with 35 storeys.  It was completed in 1984.  What can I say, it is another glass box, but far from the sleek and attractive form of the Seagram Building in New York City.  The northern facade on Comalco Place ix extremely ugly but the southern facade however is more respectable but not by much.  It probably has to do with the liftcore taking up almost the entire facade on that side (at least that is what I think it is).  The ground floor is even more atrocious.  Blame it on the client.
