The organization must maintain its "Campus Organization" status to be qualified for reapplication of scholarship/financial aid program.
Previous community involvement/contribution and future commitment.
Letters of recommendation from Campus Organization Chairman and Professor.
Essay describing how community activities have affected the organization and how the organization intends to contribute to the community in the future (written in either Vietnamese or English).
Proof that organization is officially sanctioned by the University/College.
Two letters of recommendations from University/College officials (preferably those that are in charge or directly related to Campus Organizations), Advisor, or Professor.
