Almost every Sailor Moon homepage has it, and now so does mine.  I will try to provide decent enough summaries to the Sailor Moon and Sailor R series as well as episode breakdowns.  What I've included into the breakdowns are: 1) first appearances of new major characters, 2) the energy collection method used in that episode, and 3) the monster that was summoned as part of a Negaverse plan.  This page does serve as a spoiler, so I've done my part to warn you.
It will be some time until all episodes are up because I'm writing this as I have seen them on Cartoon Network.  Also, when in the episode summaries, if you want to come back to this page, just press the back button on your browser (you probably already knew to do that, just letting you know anyway).  In the meantime, enjoy what I've put up here.

 - - - Here is a key on how the stuff on these pages go - - -

In the tables, an episode that has a summary up will look something like this:
A moon star is born

everything else will just be in red.

In the episode summary pages, you'll notice the text in different colors.
Red will stand for your normal summary text.
Yellow will mark who made their first appearance in that episode (if any at all).
Green will stand for a first appearance of a special item or accessory that will aid the Scouts
Blue has two different things that it represents.  The first will usually explain how energy was collected in that episode (since that's usually the point).  If not that, it will represent a major battle that took place between the Scouts and the enemy.
The second entry will most likely be the name of the monster, Cardian, Droid, etc. that was used by the enemy in that episode.  For the Sailor R episodes, it will be that or a mission objective being carried out by the Negamoon party (that can range from finding Reeny to finding a Star Point).

Sailor Moon

Yup, this is where it all started. At the beginning of the first episode, the narrator gives the audience a quick history of what the purpose of the story is...

"A thousand years ago, our moon was home to a great civilization, ruled by Queen Serenity, which was known throughout the galaxy as the Moon Kingdom. Everything was peaceful, until the arrival of the evil Queen Beryl. To conquer the Moon, Queen Beryl unleashed the awesome power of the Negaforce. Although her world was destroyed, Queen Serenity's last hope was the power of the Imperium Silver Crystal and the Crescent Moon Wand. Frozen in moon beam crystals, the Queen sent her daughter, the Princess Serena, and the children of the Moon to the future on Earth. Their memories lost to them all, the queen's cat advisors, Luna and Artimis, must find the princess, so that she will at last be safe. An so...our story begins"

That is where Serena comes in. A normal teenage girl (actually, she's only 15), suffering from a common ailment known as reality, holds an incredible power within her fragile body. After helping a cat that was in distress, she is confronted by the same feline, who calls herself Luna (and remember, cats can't talk ^_^), and is told of her powers. Destined to be the Sailor Scout of the Moon, sworn to protect the Moon Princess, Serena   assumes the role as a champion of justice and works to triumph over all evil.

Fortunately for Serena, she is not alone in the fight. As time passes, the other Sailor Scouts of the solar system - Mercury, Venus, Mars, and Jupiter - are awakened and aid Sailor Moon in the battle against Queen Beryl's Dark Kingdom and her army's generals - Jadeite, Nephlite, Zoicite, and Malachite.

    Sailor Moon Romance
    SAILOR MOON RETURNS (ROMANCE)

The second Sailor Moon Series is actually broken into two parts, the first being the Doom Tree series, and the the Dark Moon episodes.

    The Doom Tree Series

These have been referred to as 'filler episodes,' whose sole purpose is to serve as a prequel to the Dark Moon Series. Anyway, this series deals with the return of Sailor Moon and the Sailor Scouts. They are back because now they are going up against--surprise, surprise--two aliens, Alan and Ann, who have traveled to Earth in order to save their energy tree, a plant life that if it were to die, so would Alan and Ann. They see Earth as a perfect place to collect energy for their tree, but had no idea of the opposition they would come up against when the Sailor Scouts return.

    The Negamoon Series

This series is where a major part of the Sailor Moon universe is built up. A force from the Negamoon, Nemesis, travel into Tokyo of the past so they will be able to take over Tokyo of the future, which will be known as Crystal Tokyo. Crystal Tokyo will be the home to the rebuilt Moon Kingdom, ruled by the Neo-Queen Serenity. The royal family of Nemesis, ruled by Prince Diamond, wants revenge on Earth for their misfortunes, and by capturing neo-Queen Serenity, they turn the tide in their favor.  But the daughter of Serenity, Reeny, is able to escape to the past to hide from the dark forces.  Now the members of the royal family of the dark moon - Rubeus, the wicked sisters; Katzie, Bertie, Avery, and Prizma; Emerald, and Sapphire - all take their turns in the past to capture the small lady and find the Imperium Silver Crystal.  With the Wiseman offering his counsel along the way, the Sailor Soldiers have a time to protect Reeny from the new evil.

    Sailor Moon Super
    SAILOR MOON SUPER

Probably the best season of Sailor Moon episodes.  Unfortunatley, North America has yet to get these episodes (translated that is ^_-).  The girls are trying to get their lives back on track after the cuthroat wars against the Dark Moon family and the Death Phantom (Doom Phantom for NA'ers).  It is time for their entrance exams, to find out where each one of them will go to school next.  That means it's time for non-stop study sessions.  Rei, however, is having trouble concentrating because of visions she has been happening, deathly visions where all around her is destroyed or laid waste.  Not knowing what this is about, she keeps it to herself.

In hidding, however, one man is working to make sure that Rei's vision comes true.  Professor Tomoe, evil genius at large, is on a mission to find objects known as Talismans.  The three Talismans - the Jeweled Sword, the Magic Mirror, and the Garnet Orb - if combined, bring forth the Sacred Cup.  With the Sacred Cup, Tomoe can make sure to bring the Silence that will destroy the world.  With his evil creations, Daimon, he and his assistant, Kaolienite, along with the Death Busters, seek to find the Talismans and bring on the darkness.  A new war is about to begin.  And there are two new sailors in the shadows.
