Story of the Rainbow Crystals

After the 'Search for the Imperium Silver Crystal' contest had ended, I was asked about the story, if I would keep it up or such. Well, I've finally got it all together, and it's all right here. This is nothing great and some who did not participate in my contest might not understand too well what is going on here, but still, I was asked for this story so here it is. Try to enjoy :-)

Alright everyone, listen up. I've decided to give everyone the first Rainbow Crystal for several reasons. Something Tom said when he found the crystal played towards this. Here is where the crystal is:

In the Features section of the Guardian Universe there is an image of Sailor Moon in her familiar pose. On the tip of her finger which she's using to point at the screen is the link to the first crystal

I used a coordinate map to set up this link, so it is possible that some of you went right over it and because of the browser you might be using you may not have gotten the link to show up. I would tell you how my clues figured into the location, but I'll let you all figure that out for yourselves. I also am giving the first Rainbow Crystal to everyone because some forgot when the contest began, and that is my fault. I should have posted something on the SOS message board telling everyone that everything was set. That's why the letters were sent out. Now, I would like to give props to all those who found the Red Rainbow Crystal before now. They are:

Ninja X, Anchorhead, Tom, Sailor Fullmoon, Sailor DiTz, Matthias Jensen, Shanonaa, Masked Moonie, Jewels*, Bunny Shields, and Lady Serenity.

Now, the second Rainbow Crystal is out, just like I said it would be in the info I sent to all entrants. This time, I won't give a free crystal. And remember, if you don't find the third Rainbow Crystal when it comes out, you are out of the running. Hey, it's a contest. I don't like to be hard, but I've got to draw the line somewhere. Sorry ^_^ So, here's the story for the second Rainbow Crystal.

November 08th, 1998

"You called, my queen?" says Malachite.

"Yes. I have a new mission for you Zoicite," replied Queen Beryl.

"Yes, my queen. I await your orders," says Beryl's other general, Zoicite.

"Do you two remember the Shadow Warriors?"

"The Seven Shadows?" came Malachite's response. "I remember they were some of the most fierce warriors for the Negaverse. What happened to them?"

"Yes, they were my greatest warriors in the battle with the Moon Kingdom. That infernal Queen Serenity vanquished them, which has kept me bitter, even a thousand years later."

"What happened to them, my queen?" asked Zoicite. "I was busy else where, taking apart one of the castles posts and then they were just gone."

"Serenity used her Imperium Silver Crystal to imprison my shadows. But the crystal cracked and split into seven different crystals, one of my Seven Shadows entrapped in each one. The crystals entered Earth's atmosphere and were reborn into human carriers. And that is why I have called you, Zoicite."

Out of Queen Beryl's scepter sphere emerged the Star Crystal, the one that Nephlite had used when he tried to find the Imperium Crystal. "This is the Dark Crystal," came the explanation from the dark queen, "This crystal can home into the frequency of the crystals that the Shadow Warriors are encased in. These Rainbow Crystals, if all seven are brought back together, will reveal the Imperium Silver Crystal. With that crystal, those pesky Sailor Scouts won't stand a chance and the Negaverse will triumph!"

"Understood, Queen Beryl," replied Zoicite as she grasped the homing crystal. With a thrust of her arm, she sent the crystal in the air. "Dark Crystal, tell me where I can find the first Rainbow Crystal!"

The crystal spun through. A deep, ominous voice came from seemingly nowhere and replied:

Strike up the band, and strike a pose. It was at the tip of my tongue and now the tip of my finger.

"Hmmph. A cryptic response, if I ever heard one," came Zoicite's reaction.

"Do not fail me, Zoicite. This is of the utmost importance to me and unless you want to end up like Jadeite and Nephlite, I suggest you get moving."

"Already done, majesty," and with that, Zoicite was off to retrieve the first Rainbow Crystal.

November 10th, 1998

Zoicite had been over the city of Tokyo a dozen times and still couldn't figure out what the Dark Crystal had said. "Stupid thing," came Zoicite's bitter comments, "Probably doesn't even work. It's like finding a needle in a haystack. C'mon, give me something better to work with"

With this, she trust the crystal back into the air. It began to glow a deep violet color, then turned bright red.

"I'm Sailor Moon, the Champion of Justice. On Behalf of the Moon, I shall punish you!"
You'll get the point.

"What? Talking like that brat Sailor Moon now? Wait?!? How could I have been so stupid. I should have known that!!!"

Zoicite disappeared in a flurry of blossom petals, ready to deliver the first Rainbow Crystal.

11.12.98

"What are you up to Zoicite?!? Leave him alone!!!" came the cry's from Sailor Moon.

"Hahaha. Wouldn't you like to know, brat. Shadow Warrior! Get rid of this Failure Scout," replied Zoicite as she disappeared with a Rainbow Crystal in hand.

"Joe, is that you? What's going on here?" came a mysterious voice.

"Lita? said Sailor Moon in a surprised voice, "Is that you?"

"WATCH OUT," Lita screamed as the monster shot out a robotic claw and grabbed Sailor Moon. "Hold on, I'll help you out!"

With that, Lita picked up the creature herself and held it over her head when a mysterious marking started to glow on her forehead.

Is it possible, though Luna, who was watching the whole thing from the bushes. Lita dropped the Shadow Warrior, but it wouldn't let go of Sailor Moon. Luna jumped out of the bushes to Lita. "Lita, use this"

"A talking cat?!? How did you learn to do that?"

"Never mind. Just grab that pen and yell out 'Jupiter Power'"

"Whatever. Jupiter Power!" Lita's body began to glow with a fierce intensity as electricity started to dance around her. A sailor suit replaced her clothes, trimmed in green. Sailor Jupiter has arrived.

"I call upon the powers of the planet of Jupiter to vanquish this fiend. Jupiter Thunder... CRASH!!!"

A bolt of lightning shot from her hands and freed up Sailor Moon. "Oh, Lita, you're a Sailor Scout too"

"Yeah, I guess so. Now what?"

"I'll use my tiara. Moon Tiara..."

Luna jumped in front of the two, "No, stop! He's still human, but he's been transformed by the Negaverse." She jumped in the air and did a somersult. A wand with a crescent moon on top of it appeared. "Use this. Say 'Moon Healing Activation' to change him back."

With those words spoken by Sailor Moon, Crescent Wand in hand, the monster returned to human form. Sailor Moon and Jupiter rushed to him to make sure he was okay.

"I have the first Rainbow Crystal for you, Queen Beryl," claimed Zoicite, as she bowed down in front of her queen and displayed the first of the seven crystals.

"Excellent, Zoicite. You've done well. Don't forget, thought, there are still six more crystals to get before we can find the Imperium Silver Crystal."

"Yes. I am on it now. Dark Crystal, tell me where the next Rainbow Crystal can be found." Zoicite threw the crystal into the air. It spun around a few times and just hovered in place. A reply was quickly given:

This fits in your hand, it fits in your pocket. To get this crystal, you have to take a chance.

Not again, thought Zoicite. "I will have this crystal for you soon."

"Very good. I will be awaiting your arrival, " came the queens responce, a sly smile spreading across her face.

11.14.98

"So what do you think is up with the Negaverse this time, Luna?"

This was spoken by Lita. She, Amy, and Raye were all sitting together with Luna at Raye's home, the Cherry Hills temple. "Yeah, Luna," Raye backed up, "What are these Rainbow Crystals that they're so hot on getting their hands on."

"Well, it's all just coming back to me now," came Luna's responce, "and it turns out to be of extreme importance. Wait, shouldn't we have Serena here to hear this?"

"I'll try to reach her," said Lita. She pulled out her pocket communicator and got a hold of Serena. "Hey, Serena, we're having an emergency meeting here. I think you better get down here."

"Oh, I'd love to Lita, but I'm already booked solid for this afternoon. Maybe another time." And with that, Serena's image blinked off. The others exchanged a look that only they were able to understand. That's Serena for them.

"Well, someone might as well hear this," Luna went on, "See, in the war with the Negaverse long ago, Queen Beryl sent her strongest warriors against us. They were the Seven Shadows. Oh, they were a fierce bunch, very powerful and very destructive. Our leader, Queen Serenity, trapped the Shadow Warriors inside of her Imperium Silver Crystal. She separated the crystal, one warrior trapped in each piece, and sent them into Earth's atmosphere. The crystals were eventually reborn into several different human hosts. I think what Beryl is trying to do is find the seven Rainbow Crystals, the fragments of the Imperium Crystal, so she can get her hands on the Imperium Silver Crystal herself. If she succeeds, we're done for."

"And that is not the end of it, entirely. The Crescent Moon Wand, as you've seen, has the ability to heal those humans corrupted by the powers of those Rainbow Crystals. The Wand also acts as a homing beacon, able to sense when there is a Rainbow Crystal carrier nearby."

"Yeah, but this is Serena we're talking about who has the wand," commented Raye. "Knowing her, she would probably use the Crescent Wand as some sort of nutcracker or hammer or who knows what else. Is it really wise letting her be the leader?"

"Well, we can't have friction amongst the Scouts. We must find and protect the Moon Princess, but to do that, we must have unity amongst eachother first." This might turn out to a bigger problem than I thought, Luna thought to herself.

"Okay, you stupid crystal. You better be more helpful to me this time or else you're gravel."

This, of course, was Zoicite, talking back to her Dark Crystal. "Not much good that will do. Inanimate objects have that habit of not talking back."

She sighed outloud and tossed the crystal back into the air, hoping for a better clue to where the next Rainbow Crystal is that her last one. And the crystal delivered.

In order to catch them all, dexterity is a must. Chancing fate would be unwise.

November 18th, 1998

"Save the psycho-babble, Padre. You belong to me now"

This was Zoicite speaking. She had found the Rainbow Crystal carrier and now was extracting that crystal from the religious figure. A ring of smoke started to envelope the man, changing him to his Shadow Warrior form. This caught Zoicite by surprise a bit, but not as much as when the crystal shot straight up from the smoke and fell somewhere in the graveyard they were both in. "NO!!!" yelled Zoicite as she hovered to a higher height, trying to locate the second crystal. "Where did it go?"

"The same place you'll be going, you piece of Nega-trash. The scrap heap."

Zoicite turned around and looked down at the figure who just addressed her. "I don't have time for you, Sailor Failure."

"That's too bad," came Sailor Moon's response. "I was going to see that wicked Sailor V movie and now you come around and have to bother innocent people. I won't stand for that. I will triumph over the evils of the Negaverse, and that means you."

"Oh please. Bulbo, go and destroy her." This, she had addressed to the clearing cloud of smoke, which revealed a bird-like man. "I am Bulbo, the Vulture, champion of the Negaverse. I have gone undefeated and will make you my next victory!!!" With this, he lunged at Sailor Moon. She was able to duck just in time, but the headstone that she made contact with was not as giving.

"You can run from me, little pest, but in the end, I'll make you black and blue." The vulture-monster shot one of his boxing gloves out at Sailor Moon. She closed her eyes and let out an ear-piercing scream, but there was no pain. She opened her eyes and saw she was flying through the air in the arms of Tuxedo Mask. "I thought you could use alittle help against this tough guy."

"Tuxedo Mask!!!" replied Sailor Moon, her heart starting to beat faster at the thought of being in Tuxedo Mask's arms, "I sure could."

Both landed a few meters away from the now dusted gravestone. "It's time for round 2... Tuxedo Mask against the loser from the Negaverse," announced Tuxedo Mask.

"Noone talks about me like that," screamed Bulbo as he shot a barrage of flying gloves at the masked man. Tuxedo Mask pulled out his cane an twirled it furiously in his hand, deflecting all of the shots.

"Jupiter Thunder... CRASH!!!"

A shot of electricity hit the vulture and his gloves shorted out, not to mention that he was severely shocked from the bolt."

"Sailor Jupiter. Boy, am I glad to see you," came an overjoyed Sailor Moon.

"Yeah, I cam as quick as I could. I can't believe that Sailors Mars and Mercury refused to come, "came Jupiter's response. "Now, you better take care of this oversized turkey."

"Right," replied Sailor Moon as she got her Crescent Moon Wand ready, "Moon Healing... ACTIVATION!!!"
With that, a shower of stars bombarded the vulture man and returned it to it's human form. Zoicite, watching the entire battle, suddenly remembered the Rainbow Crystal, but then she saw Tuxedo Mask holding it in his hand.

"Oh no. Queen Beryl's not going to like this at all," she said, and she disappeared in a shower of blossom petals.

The look in Beryl's eyes would have killed any human where they stood, but Zoicite just stood there with her head hung in shame.

"How dare you loose the crystal like that. I had high expectations of you, Zoicite. Now, not only do we have to get the last five crystals, but now we have to get one from that caped freak!!!"

"I know, my queen. I beg for another chance. Let me redeem myself," came the barely audible voice of Queen Beryls' general.

"Hmmm... I will give you another chance because you show so much promise. Do not fail me again, lest you might end up like your predecessors."

"Thank you, you majesty. Now, Dark Crystal, tell me where the next Rainbow Crystal is held."

Once again, the dark, booming voice from in the Dark Crystal gave Zoicite an answer to her question:

Beware, a Scout can easily hold this one. The new crystal will be held high

"Now, be off, Zoicite. And you had better be more successful this time."

"I will, Queen Beryl," and Zoicite disappeared.

November 20th, 1998

"Greg, what are you talking about?!?" exclaimed Sailor Mercury.

"Amy, sorry, 'Sailor Mercury," Greg went on to explain, "I have these abilities. They let me see into the future. I can't explain them, they just happened. I know all about the Negaverse, the Rainbow Crystals, even you."

Sailor Mercury looked back into Greg's eyes in bewilderment, but saw the sincerity in them. "The one called Zoicite will come for me soon and she will get the crystal that is housed inside of me. I want you to promise me that when she does and I turn into one of her monsters, I want you to promise that you will destroy me."

"WHAT!?! I... I,"

"You have to! I want you to promise me..."

"Hahaha. How touching. And how sickening."

Greg and Amy looked behind them in surprise. There, hovering over the park's pond was Zoicite. "You know what I've come for and you know already that it's pointless to resist the powers of the Negaverse."

"I won't let you have him," demanded Amy. You'll have to go through me to get to him!"

"Please. You are the least of my problems now." Zoicite threw out her Dark Crystal. A beam of energy hooked right over Sailor Mercury and hit Greg dead on. "Now, the crystal is mine," Zoicite smiled as the Rainbow Crystal housed in Greg flew to her open hand.

"Now, Bumboo. Take care of this Sailor Brat!!!"

Greg, still screaming in agony, transformed into the Shadow Warrior, Bumboo. A huge, hulking creature stood in front of Sailor Mercury, who was too stunned to act. It looked at the warrior, but did not attack. Instead, it jumped right over Sailor Mercury and tackled Zoicite, knocking the Rainbow Crystal from her hand to the Scouts. "NO!!! How can his heart still be human?" Sailor Mercury, knowing in her heart the truth, turned and ran, with the Rainbow Crystal in her hand, to find her friends.

"Oh, she's gone!" cried Sailor Moon.

This was moments before Zoicite got the Rainbow Crystal. Amy and Serena had come across Zoicite attacking Greg, trying to get the crystal. The two transformed into Sailor Scouts and while Sailor Moon distracted Zoicite, Sailor Mercury carried Greg off to saftey. Distracted for only a minute, the Negaverse general dissapeared into a flury of petals to find the Crystal Carrier.

"Use your Crescent Wand, Sailor Moon," came Luna's answer. "Remember that it homes into the signal of a Rainbow Crystal. We'll be able to find Mercury and Greg that way."

"Right," and with that, Sailor Moon pulled out her Crescent Moon Wand. The lights on the handle began blinking furiously. Then out of nowhere, a voice boomed out:

Easy enought, most have found it. In the palm of her hand, she heralds the news.

"What?!? What was that?" said a stunned Sailor Moon.

"Never mind that now. The signal is strongest in that direction. Let's go," and so Luna and Sailor Moon were off to try to help their friend.

November 22nd, 1998

"Moon Healing... Activation!!!"

Sailor Moon was just finishing waving her Crescent Moon Wand at the creature that stood before her. Of course, just a few seconds ago, the monster known as Bumboo had been twice her size. Thanks to her Moon Tiara, she had shrunk it down to size and was now returning the creature back to it's original, and rightful, form. Bumboo screamed in extreme pain and then turned back into the human boy named Greg.

"Drat. Queen Beryl is not going to like this at all," mumbled Zoicite under her breath. She had watched the whole thing, hoping to get the Rainbow Crystal from Sailor Mercury after her Shadow Warrior had taken care of the Sailor Scouts. But this was not to be, and now Zoicite had to go back to the Negaverse, empty handed.

Sailor Mercury ran up to Greg's limp body. "Greg, are you alright?"

"You broke our promise," claimed Greg in a quiet voice and with a small smile on his face. He then slipped into unconciousness.

"Is he...?" questioned Sailor Moon.

"He'll be alright. He's just very weak. And look at what I've got," and she pulled out the Rainbow Crystal that Zoicite had dropped. The Scouts gathered around it, eyes wide in wonderment. Someone else was looking in intently at the crystal and that was Tuxedo Mask. I must get those crystals, but I think I can trust them with if for the moment. He smiled to himself and dissapeared back into the dark.

"How DARE you fail me AGAIN!!!"

"I am at your mercy my queen," replied Zoicite, hoping beyond hope that Queen Beryl wouldn't take action against her.

"I will give you one more chance. I expect you to succeed this time. I do not have to warn you about what will happen if you fail me a third time."

"You do not. You are most gracious, Queen Beryl. I will succeed this time or I will die trying."

"Don't get melodramatic with me, Zoicite. I am the one who decides your fate."

"Yes, majesty," bowed Zoicite. She threw her Dark Crystal into the air. "Dark Crystal, tell me where I can find the next Rainbow Crystal."

A picture is worth a thousand words, but here this is none. Yes, it has the name available, but an image would be nice to have. Move on ahead, the title holds the prize.

November 24th, 1998

Zoicite had been over the city at least four times, five if memory served her right. I'm sick of this forsakened city, she thought to herself. Why do those clues have to be so cryptic. She stopped in midair all of a sudden with a shocked look on her face. "That can't be it! But it is. I'll have that crystal yet." With that, she flew off in the opposite direction.

An art gallery was what had caught her eye.

I can't wait to see that painting. Ohh, Sammy's gonna flip out once he sees this.

Serena was thinking to herself. She was on her way to see the artist known as Loni Lenai, but really her name was Peggy Jones. Peggy had asked Serena and that 'negitive zero', Darien, to pose for a preliminary sketch for one of her new paintings. Serena was hoping to get a sort of sneak preview of the painting that would soon be on public display. I can hardly wait. With this thought Serena quickened her pace over to Peggy Jone's home.

"Wh-what do you want?!? You're one of those art theives, aren't you," came the stunned voice of Peggy Jones.

"Hahahaha. No, I wouldn't collect such garbage. I'm more interested in you, dear. Welcome back to the Negaverse." Of course, this was Zoicite. She had just broken into Peggy's house and now was using her Dark Crystal to extract the Green Rainbow Crystal from her victim and changer her into her Shadow Warrior form.

Serena walked up to Peggy's house when she heard the scream. She rushed to the back window to see what was going on and couldn't believe what she was seeing. She watched as Peggy Jones transformed into a creature with long, dark blue hair. A pair of feathered wings sprouted from her back and she was now drapped in a long, elegant robe. "Nice to see you again, Venna," Zoicite greated the Warrior. It just flashed a wicked smile back at Beryl's general. The two of them then turned for the door and Serena watched as the two leapt away.

Oh no, Peggy must have been one of the Rainbow Crystal carriers. I've got to help her, she thought. "Moon Prism POWER!!!" Serena's body began to glow a fierce bright light as her transformation process began. She soon became the pretty soldier Sailor Moon. Unfortunatley, as she was transforming, she lost where Venna/Peggy and Zoicite had gone.

"Amy, Lita, Raye, come in you guys," Sailor Moon spoke into her pocket communicator. "Zoicite has one of the Rainbow Crystals. I'm going after her. Follow my signal." She put her communicator away and pulled out her Crescent Moon Wand. "Okay, where did you guys go?"

From good to evil, from bad to worse. One takes a back seat to all the others, so follow that and the crystal will be in your hands, a title reward.

"WHAT?!?!" Sailor Moon yelped as she dropped her Crescent Wand. Once again, a voice had come from the wand, or at least, it seemed to. Sailor Moon bent down to touch the wand and pulled her hand back. "What's going on here?" She finally picked it up and the lights on it began to blink furiously. At least the tracker still works, she figured and began to search for her friend.

November 26th, 1998

"Alright Venna, take care of this Sailor Brat!!"

The monstrosity complied with her masters command, which was coming from Zoicite. Feathers began floating away from Venna's wings.

"Ohh, no, I hope she isn't gonna tickle me to death," said Sailor Moon under her breath. She got her wish, but there is a saying, 'Be careful what you wish for,' because the feathers started darting around in mid air and sketched out different sized rocks. Mass was added to them and they began to rain down on Sailor Moon. Just barely dodging them, she saw a rose shoot out from nowhere, knocking the next barrage of stones into oblivion.

"Who dares..." yelled out Zoicite in surprise as she looked to the direction from where the rose came from. There stood the caped warrior, Tuxedo Mask. "Such a talent this young woman has should not be used for evil, but for the benefit of all people. I won't let you succeed in taking this beautiful talent away from us." He leap down next to Sailor Moon.

"Oh, Tuxedo Mask. I didn't know you felt that way about me. But what about Peggy?" came a kind of lovestruck voice from Sailor Moon.

"I was talking about Peggy, Sailor Moon," and the love-sickness on her face disappeared almost immediately. "I must get that crystal from that witch. You take care of the artist." Zoicite knew who he was talking about and took off. Tuxedo Mask let over Venna to pursue Beryl's henchman.

Venna began to prepare for another attack against Sailor Moon while she was watching her masked man vanish into the dark. She spun around to see the feathers begin their sketching and saw the stones begin to take shape. Oh no, not again, she thought. That's when she head it.

"Back off you Nega-toad!!!"

"Sailor Jupiter," guessed Sailor Moon, and she was right. Sailor Jupiter lead the charge followed by Sailors Mars and Mercury. "I'm sure glad to see you."

"Thought we should bail you out of another mess," commented Sailor Mars, which got a not so good look from Serena.

"Well," Serena smiled, "I see you guys can handle this. I'm going after Tuxedo Mask" And she was off.

"ZOI!!!"

Tuxedo Mask pulled out his cane and twirled it furiously to block off the barrage of razor-sharp petals that Zoicite was shooting at him. They all disappeared the moment they hit the cane.

"That can't be the best you can do?" jested Tuxedo Mask. "Now, I want the Rainbow Crystal. It doesn't belong in the hands of evil."

"At least you were right about one thing, Cape Boy," smiled Zoicite in an evil way. The next thing Tuxedo Mask knew, an ice spear was flying straight at him.

"Moon Tiara... MAGIC!!!"

A disk of energy smashed the spear just inches away from Tuxedo Mask. He looked to see Sailor Moon retrieving her Tiara Disk.

"That's my cue. You humans are so pathetic. Hahahaha." Zoicite disappeared and with her the Blue Rainbow Crystal as well.

Sailor Moon let to the support that Tuxedo Mask was standing on. "I owe you one this time, Sailor Moon. Thank you."

"Haha, don't mention it," she giggled back, happy to have finally paid him back for all the times he's bailed her out of trouble. "Oh, um, you dropped this at our last battle." She pulled out the Star Locket which automatically popped open and began playing it's sad, but beautiful tune. Tuxedo Mask just seemed to stare at it, but under his mask, his eyes began to cloud up. In his mind, he saw the dream again. Help me Tuxedo Mask. Help me be free again, came the mysterious voice.

"Keep it. I'm more interested in finding the crystals. I think you had better go and help your friends back there." Before Sailor Moon could react, Tuxedo Mask jumped from the support and disappeared back into the night.

Oh, he's so dreamy, thought Sailor Moon, in her own little world.

"Nicely done Zoicite. I see you finally managed to get another one of the Rainbow Crystals in your possession."

"Yes, Queen Beryl," bowed Zoicite as she presented the Rainbow Crystals that she had retrieved two days prior. She didn't show it physically, but Zoicite was very proud of herself, not only for getting the crystal, but for keeping with Queen Beryl's good graces. "I will begin searching for the next crystal right away."

"Excellent. I do hope you succeed, for your sake at least."

"Yes, my queen. Dark Crystal, tell me where the next crystal can be found!!!"

Once a letter, actually a pair, it now searches, the center is where.

November 28th, 1998

"Stand back Rita. She'll have to get through me first."

"Well, if you insist. But it's not really you I'm too interested in."

Zoicite was looking down at Andrew, who works at the Crown Arcade. He was trying his best to protect his girlfriend, Rita, but because of the ring of fire Zoicite had set up around them, escape was at this point impossible. "I won't let you touch her!!!" shouted Andrew as he charged the mysterious figure.

"ZOI!!!" yelled Zoicite as she threw her fingers in front of her face. Andrew was caught in a fierce blast than knocked him through the air. He landed at Rita's feet, almost unconscious. "Now Rita, you have something that I need." Zoicite threw out her Dark Crystal and it began to emit some type of beam directed at Rita. Before Andrew knew what was happening, his girlfriend transformed into something else, a Shadow Warrior of the Negaverse. The Rainbow Crystal that she held floated over to Zoicites hands.

"I can't believe that Andrew. See if I ever do something like this for him again," complained Serena.

"I think it's safe to say that he won't be coming back anytime soon. And the food is all cold," remarked Lita.

The two friends were just sitting around in Andrew's apartment. They had come over earlier to make a gourmet dinner for Andrew in the hopes of winning his heart. Unfortunately, Rita had called just a bit after they had arrived and Andrew went out to see her. That was several hours ago.

"I'm sooooo hungry. Maybe we should start eating without him," whined Serena, looking down at her stomach and twiddling her fingers.

"I don't think there's any time for that," came Luna, who was keeping the two company at this point. "Look. The Crescent Wand is reacting."

"There must be a Rainbow Crystal nearby," said Lita. "We'd better get moving." She pulled out her transformation pen and called out:

"JUPITER POWER!!!"

Serena took one more desperate look at the food they had prepared earlier and frowned. She held her hand in the air: "MOON PRISM POWER!!!"

"Whoa?!? I never heard it do that." commented Sailor Jupiter in a bit of surprise.

"Yeah, it's been happening a bit lately. But I've got a read on the Rainbow Crystal. Let's go!" So Sailor Moon and Sailor Jupiter took off to stop the Negaverse once again.
