Evangelion Unit 00 - Proto Type

Evangelion Unit 00 - Prototype is the first Evangelion built. However, it wasn't originally built for combat use, but was later rebuilt to battle the Angels. It has only one eye (cyclops-eyed).

In earlier episodes, Unit 00 appeared in the colors of bright orange, but it was heavily damaged by the attack of Ramiel and had to be re-built. It is now a blue and white Evangelion.
