About This Site
Here are some facts you need to know about this site, especially if you think that things aren't showing up very nicely on your browser ...
About The Java Applet
To help in navigation, I've put up a java applet. This applet doesn't run on just any computer -- you need a 32-bit platform, from what I was told. Meaning, it'd most likely work if you're using Windows 95 or a higher level of MAC OS or OS/2. And on top of that, you'll need a 32-bit browser (but of course). What is highly recommended is Navigator 3.01 for Windows 95, because this site is designed for such. If you happen to use a MAC, then I suppose you'll have to open up that Internet Explorer to load the applet nicely. Navigator on Mac might not work very well. Okay, so you don't have the time to get all that stuff ... never mind. Just use the text hyperlinks at the bottom of every page. In case the applet stops moving, just reload that top frame, and things will go on fine. For now, DO NOT USE THE APPLET!!! It's not working as I want itt to be ... the page will load in the whole window. For now, just use the text links first.
About The Images
When I surf the Web, I never like to wait eons for the page to load completely. And that's why I've changed the design. It may look a bit boring and dull, because I use very few images -- one or two backgrounds and only a few others, like the separator bar and those on the homepage. It'd be a pity not to load all the images. There are so few, but you'd be surprised how those few images could help make the site much more good-looking. So do load the images.
About The Music
So you see the line "Now Playing ..." up in that top frame? Yes, it changes everytime you visit. I've employed the use of a script by some other people (refer to the source for the name), which allows a random file to be played. So evertime that frame loads, a different music plays. And so if you want a change of music, just reload that frame (only). The music files are in the .mid format, and I've selected them very carefully, listening to them for more than a few times before deciding they should be in the pool. They'll loop for all the time you spend here, unless you reload it. In order to get the best for your ears, I'd stringly recommend Crescendo Plus, a plug-in easily available on the Web. If you come across any good files, do let me know.
