The ceremony rehearsal and dinner(RD) are going to be held on Thursday, September 16, 2004, probably starting at 6pm. The ceremony is likely to be held at 11:30 in Waltham, with a 4 hour reception following in Sudbury(probably from 1-5 pm).
As of 2/04, we haven't "blocked" any rooms, because we don't know how many of you are planning to stay at the hotel, and on which nights. Becka is probably staying at the hotel on Friday night with her bridesmaids(BMs); and Becka & Tom will be spending Saturday night there as well. Clarion serves a full hot buffet breakfast each morning, and has fresh cookies out in the afternoon. The regular rate for the standard room(one queen or two full beds) is $139 plus tax.
If you wish to book a room, please email us at tomandbecka@yahoo.com before you contact the hotel. That way we can get you lower rates(likely $120 for a standard room). When you email, please let us know which nights you'd like to stay.
