Practice Gym
Topopolilly gymnasts have two workouts per day, a squad workout and a private lesson.
Every gymnast works out with her squad from 6:30 - 9:30 a.m.
Private lessons are scheduled throughout the afternoon and evening, for approximately three hours.
Squad
workouts focus on conditioning, dance, and repetitions of routines. The private lessons are more
focused on individual progress, building routines, and perfecting smaller pieces of routines.
Squad Workout
You should complete the workout for your squad once a day. It is the most important factor in determining the ranking.
Topopolilly Points/Ranking System
The day before any meet (including intersquads!), anyone scheduled to compete should fill out the pre-meet workout instead of the squad workout.
The day of the meet, use the Meet-Day Workout.
The slacker workout is for days when you don't have time to fill out the squad workout.

These lessons are for help with routines or questions for Coach Lois. You will not earn points for posting on this board.
All Topopolilly gymnasts are required to take three dance classes a week. There are no points involved with these dance classes.
