The early part of 2005 saw its inception with a group of dynamic, purpose-driven professionals who bonded together to make a difference in the world of work and in the community.

Compelled with the willingness to serve the community and the country and infusing the time-tested spirit and strength of Cooperativism the incorporators, initially composed of twenty individuals from diverse fields, formed the Totaldev Multipurpose Cooperative.

Totaldev cooperative came into being as CDA issued its Certificate of Registration No. E-624-4670 on March 29, 2005 while DOLE issued the same with Registration No. NCR-9-0505-347-B on May 17, 2005 .

In its delivery of services, foremost to Totaldev are the working class and its partner-companies as it strives and dedicates itself as the total outsourced functions provider, manpower and placement solutions founded on the quality and reliability of services, well-trained members and cost effectiveness.

It aims to achieve a sustainable and mutually beneficial relationship with its business networks, like the financial institution, schools, religious organizations, cooperatives, government entities and immediate communities through just-in-time delivery of services and that will ensure growth for all parties involved, in the most cost effective way.

Totaldev’s practices are aligned with the professional, ethical standards of the Cooperative. Its members, the driving force of its service commitment, are imbued with the spirit of Cooperativism, and values that build character, and the discipline of professionalism to make them responsive to the needs of the individual, the company and the community. And this sets Totaldev apart from the rest.
