HR Staffing Review: To set directions and expectations at every critical step of the way by setting an initial meeting, so as to review learning that has taken place, and takes into account how this is relevant to the overall strategy of the organization, and to provide an auxiliary means of assuring the client that the program is on track.

Sourcing: TOTALDEV shall tap its strategic network of schools and pool of sources of high-calibre candidates through job fairs, referrals, lists, via advertisements, and electronic reach.

Resume Analysis, Job History and Behavioral Interviews: TOTALDEV believes in the principle that past behavior determines future behavior and therefore will align the process of review of critical academic performance and/or previous work experiences and conduct interviews using targeted STAR selection or the PAR methods and exercise to assess potential performance.

TOTALDEV Deployment: TOTALDEV will provide a match that would integrate the clients’ requirement. To process and work closely with the applicant member of the search program who will be deployed to the clients’ workplace. He/She will be provided working area and logistical support to deliver the agreed functions upon qualifying.

Positive Attitude Towards Work Assessment: TOTALDEV will conduct an assessment to help identify the candidates’ work values and attitudes.

Technical/ Practicum Exercises: TOTALDEV will integrate in the process of screening ractical behavioral and technical exercises and field exposure in territories to assess candidate’s potential and readiness for the job.

Pre-deployment Values and Work Orientation: TOTALDEV will conduct a two day values and work orientation workshop to selected candidates to introduce and instill positive values, aligned with client’s corporate and behavior standard which are critical to the success of the role of the We believe that this step is / will ensure efficiency and effectiveness of ensuing processes of selection and training on the part of the client.
