TP-BP Mentors is an interest
group in Temasek Polytechnic under the care of Student
and Alumni Affairs Department.
The members of this interest group are called mentors.
They are involved in a service-learning scheme known as
TP-BP Mentoring & Tutoring Scheme (TP-BP MTS). This
programme is part of the worldwide BP International Student
Mentoring & Tutoring Scheme.
The scheme was officially launched on 17th January 1998
by our Principal and CEO of Temasek Polytechnic, Dr Varaprasad.
Throughout the years, TP students helped disadvantaged
students from the neighbouring schools.
