Beliefs: Not proclaimed. Bele said he chased Loki for 50K years. Freda hasn't proclaimed to be that ageless but she has been around enough to see enough religions to have her doubts. Basically, she's live and let live. Threaten her enough and she'll blow an opponent into obilvion, but basically, it's live and let live.

Hobbies: DANCE! Freda loves to dance and can dance many a partner right into the floor. Ballet, belly, country, courtly, exotic, Orion, .....Freda is a dancer. While at the academy, she picked up on art history and has tried her hand at painting and sculpture, but she is still learning. She'll kick box, but to her, it is more a thing of being lithe to defeat an opponent than beating them into submission. She has lost bouts due to her showoff nature that she is more limber than the opponent instead of being combat efficient. This nature, however, doesn't extend over when she has a sub laser in her hands. She does play adventure games, provided it is clear that she is dancer turned fighter.

Personality: 
Freda has spent her life as the little guy in the universe. As such, she more easily mingles with the small people than the higher ups. She is quick to find a solution, any solution, to a problem but if she already knows one, she is quick to revert to that one. She can be very unconventional to those of the current time and is not beyound capturing and killing for survival but she does not hunt others for sport if they had no say in it. If she can be summed up in one word, it is independent.

"The crewwoman turned the officer. This midshipman comes to the
fleet with an uncalculable amount of knowledge and training but the majority of it has been on the level to help others in a squad. As such, her feelings, her estimations, her drives are oriented to assist those that are fight next to her. What they feel, she feels.

Never will a crewmember, be it an ablebody or a chief, be left as hungry, cold, or lost under her charge for she knows personally what it means to be such. Never will anyone she meets will feel slighted because of their background for she knows exactly what it means. She has felt it, emotionally, mentally, and physically. History:
Freda is a refugee from Cheron, having departed from there centuries past before their race wars declimated the planet. She is a free spirited individual and has made her way through the galaxy (before StarFleet) as a dancer, occassionally an athelete, either professional or entertainment.

She has lived a life of being able to leave the next day with a bag over her shoulder and being able to sign on to any of a ship.

She had the pigment alteration for three reasons. First, she didn't want to stand out in a crowd as a Cheron. Second, Loki left a wake of revolutionary destruction and she didn't want to be associated with it. Third, she made more money with the zebra stripes.

Dealings with Loki: a few, but never major enough to warrant the attention of the High Commission on Political Traitors and she ditched him when his attitudes became too radical.

Criminal Record: none but she does not actively seek out worlds that might hold a Loki grudge against her.

The way Freda sees it, then and now, between being able to dance, to cook, to patch people up, on any planet, she could find a ship she could sign on to. But she has had share of being on ships that have been boarded, so she knows how to fight back as well.
