The University of Notre Dame houses the Joan B. Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies which offers the MA in Peace Studies. [App Deadline: January 5]
The University of San Diego, a Catholic Institution, offers an MA in Peace & Justice Studies at their Joan B. Kroc Institute for Peace & Justice. [App Deadline: April 1]
DePaul University's MA in International Studies prepares its students to work toward international social justice. [App Deadline: April 1]
The Monterey Institute of International Studies contains the Graduate School of International Policy Studies, which, among other things has a specialization in International Norms/Human Rights/Justice. [App Deadline: Rolling throughout the year, but for scholarship consideration, May 1]
New School University has one of the newer programs in International Affairs [App Deadline: March 15th for fall admiss or October 15th for spring admiss]
American University's School of International Service has some exciting programs, especially its Masters' in International Politics and Ethics, Peace & Global Affairs. [Application Deadline: January 15th for fall admiss and October 1st for Spring Admiss]
And there is, of course, the University of Denver's Graduate School of International Studies [Admissions Deadline: January 15th for Summer/Fall admiss, November 15th for winter/spring admiss]
International University Bremen offers a MA in International Relations - Global Governance and Social Theory, in conjunction with the University of Bremen.
Global TESOL College, USA offers a TESOL certificate after 5 days and 60 hours in the classroom, with apparently superior preparation for anyone who wishes to teach English. Cost is $1,000-$1,500 for this 60-hour foundation class + one additional specialization class.
Gradschools.com calls itself "the most comprehensive online source of graduate school information" and has a listing of programs by topic and location that span the world.
One of the most famous sources of college and university information, the Peterson's Guide is now also found online, with searches by degree and area of interest.

Houghton College's Career Services Office is an excellent jumping off place when look and preparing for grad school.
