RESIDENT MONITOR - "Basic"

The resident monitor does coordinate and job control between programs. Program errors can be hard to debug so we need more information. I'm going to write a little about, a Theory of government. The President of US or government officials should not lose power but we could use extra open lines of communication. Nations, countries, or people from around the world may not "totally" trust United States but the worlds future could follow a pattern of violence. The government could create its own "resident monitor" cells within as many countries as possible. The people qualifications will be different from most government officials and the resident monitor could work, live, learn, and teach American values and dreams of peace among countries.

First, resident monitor could show interest by studying a country problems and help find a resolution. I understand children problems in the United States and we could change children of America dreams if parents will "help." We could lead the world future in a direction of peace. People not as an American could vision our government as all power. People may vision our government as evil. I believe, many America dreams learned from good but the future children could see us different. I understand, a government could not mix politics with religion. #1 World religion could show us hope and power. I vision one God above and people might see him under a different name. I speck "only" English and not Spanish so I'm a bad person? Not quite..

The resident monitor could learn and teach different beliefs as a resident. He or She could "help" rebuild different countries with guidance and our money could get spent as desired. Nations or Countries could learn American people do care. The people and government could benefit in different ways. I believe, the World Trade Center could have been prevented if resident monitors (cells) lived around the world. Why? People could be mans best friends if we really loved them. Secrets can be hard to keep from friends and a resident monitor could use a open line of communication with our government in memory. The government will be as a CPU that controls proper operation. The resident should be a person under government and he or she should not be hidden as a network or a spy. American people specially trained by countries cultures, language, beliefs/religion, goals, peace, trust, honor, and more. Resident Monitor should be crafted and a hard worker.

The monitor will be working under a different government and information should be jointly shared under the United States. Job control can difficult and information needs to be rapidly processed or lives could be lost! The purpose appears to be offering a peaceful government operation as a member of their problems. I learned power can be good if you never abuse it! I learned positive and negative together could explode as a bomb so we should follow the right path! I saw on TV News, 80 people die a day in the United States from being (gun) shot so we should understand people lives are being lost. Sad Part: The children are living in danger.

My belief shows a resident monitor gets injured or died then we bring in another resident with temporary protection. America government people hearts could love around the world and MAYBE, a resident fertilization could eventually kill most of the evil weeds. I don't see a resident as Red Cross, Missionary, Priest, Labor, or Man. I vision a resident more powerful than above, because it would be governments by destiny. The resident monitor would live, eat, dress, suffer, sleep, help, celebrate, and play/pray among a culture as the United States movement of peace. To Be Continued?

Bottom Line: I believe "violence" will continue as the "past" unless a peace movement happens. I'm praying man learns by love and mom lived by truth. My wish will be violence stops and my faith shows the Resident Monitor? Man could overcome violence and dreams, So our children could have a bright future.
