Some of these new features may include:
-vivid 3-D world of your own creation
-create decks, attics, and build on hillsiddes
-hundreds of new objects, many of which cann be customized from within the game
-A new "Create-A-Sim" feature will allow yoou to easily make unique and detailed character faces with a variety of hair styles, facial hair, make-up and accessories
-And the biggest change, which is the fact that they will be able to grow and pass on genetic traits to future generations.
-and much more

With the Sims 2 the possibilities are limitless!

The features of The Sims 2: University are:
-A new age group for Young adult sims.
-New objects such as the mini fridge, pool table, band instruments (Guitar, bass, and drums), greek objects, medieval objects, cell phones, mp3 players, portable games, and the list goes on.
-New interactions such as sing for tips, work in the dorm or ANY commercial lot, Streaking, Make Raman noodles, and more.
-New rewards are very cool but to avoid spoiling surprises I'll let you find them and the scholarships.
