Throughout 1999, the Ministry of Darkness was a prominent heel faction, with the Undertaker being the leader (until that stank ass "higher power" angle, which even UT said he didn't like). He went from wearing a Druid robe to a Star Wars cape with an S&M outfit under it (which eventually filled into a spandex tanktop-like thing with a Taker symbol on it). At the very end, the WWF shackled the Big Slow Paul Wight to UT in an effort to make the $10mil they spent on Wight pay off. In September, UT left the WWF with UT telling Vince McMahon that he can't order Taker around. In reality he left the WWF to heal up old nagging injuries.
