Since speed is one of the most significant factors in sporting success, our mission at Turbo Techniques is to provide quality, sports specific speed and agility training to enhance overall athletic performance.

Training Philosophy
Turbo Techniques’ speed training focuses on enhancing speed, agility, and explosive-ness. Our training program is designed to complement each athlete’s sport - no matter what the sport from baseball to soccer. Turbo Techniques dispels several myths associated with speed and speed training. The most widespread misconception is that speed is solely determined by genetics and cannot be developed. Although genetics does play a role in speed, it is not the lone determining factor. Speed can be developed with proper training and techniques.

Turbo Techniques uses proven methods to improve your running technique, increase your stride length and frequency, and improve your Range of Motion (ROM) which all means increased performance speed for you. Turbo Techniques’ program is a combination of speed drills, technique training, plyometrics, and mental preparation.

An increase in an athlete’s speed or vertical jump cannot be achieved in one week. Speed development is a process and does not happen overnight. So-improving your performance depends on an approach dedicated to commitment. For this reason, Turbo Techniques’ training program is a minimum eight-session program over four weeks. To maximize results, a 24-session or more program is highly recommended. Each session is 90 minutes and supervised by former world-class sprinter LoRenzo Daniel.
