episode 01 - Bobby Q. Runs Away
Ribbit E. Lee meets a young wild boar named Bobby Q., who thinks his parents make him do too much work at home and that he'd be better off on his own. Ribbit convinces Bobby Q. that there will be plenty of time to see the world later. Ribbit shows Bobby Q. that the grass is not always greener on the other side of the Bayou.
episode 02 - Bayou Jambalaya Jubilee
This episode is about the actual formation of the swamp critters band and deals with the subject of pollution and cleaning up one's neighborhood. Billy Bob convinces Big Al to clean up his cafe and lost lagoon. Meanwhile, Billy Bob goes out in the swamp to form a band. Once he has the band assembled, the swamp critters make their instruments out of junk while singing, "Usin' your imagination."
episode 03 - Where's Ima?
Ima Dilla overhears Ribbit making fun of her because she is overweight. So Ima decides to stop dancing at Big Al's and leave lost lagoon. When Ribbit realizes how he has hurt Ima Dilla he goes to apologize to her. He learns a lesson about making fun of others. This show also features a song about a little boy who can't speak. Billy Bob sings, "Say it with music," to a little raccoon who also can't speak. The little raccoon learns to play fiddle and does his talking with music.
episode 04 - Bluesville
In this show the swamp critters visit "Bluesville," home of the blues. But on their way have to cross Foggy Bottom, home of the "Boogie Man." But they soon find out that the "Boogie Man" is nothing to be afraid of. He happens to be an old groundhog philosopher named T. Bone Wille, who plays "Boogie" music. Together they introduce some great blues music to the viewing audience.
episode 05 - Foggy Bottom Fiddlin' Contest
Phinneas Phatrat hears about a fiddling contest in Foggy Bottom that pays 10,000 clams to the winner. He then convinces Gumbo to enter the contest. Gumbo thinks his father will be proud of him if he wins. But Gumbo's father, who wants Gumbo to be a concert violinist, turns his back on Gumbo for playing "noise" instead of beautiful music. Gumbo then wins the contest, not by playing his patented "swamp music," but by playing a beautiful classical piece and dedicating it to his father. When Gumbo returns, everyone in Lost Lagoon turns out to welcome him home and his father is leading the cheers. He then tells gumbo that he was wrong and that Gumbo should "play what your heart tells you to play! When something makes this many people this happy, it must be good."
episode 06 - Phatrat and the Manatees
In this episode, Phinneas Phatrat learns that there are very few manatees left. So he decides to round them all up and charge admission to see them. But the swamp critters foil his plans and build a safe haven for the manatees, teaching viewers the importance of water safely and the protection of endangered species. This show also features a "Lost Lagoon Talent Show," and introduces a rock and roll singing weasel named Melvis Weasely.
episode 07 - Yellowbeard, the Pirate!
In this show, Rabbit E. Lee and his riverboat are captured by Yellowbeard, the Pirate, whose huge pirate ship has run aground in the swamp. Yellowbeard wants Ribbit to help get the ship off the sand bar, using the "River Queen." When Ribbit refuses, Yellowbeard decides to make him walk the plank! but the swamp critters show up just in time. they not only help Ribbit escape, but the swamp critters convince Yellowbeard that he can make more money being the Captain of a cruise ship than pirating. Yellowbeard ends his life of crime and even joins the swamp critters at Big Al's for their show. this show features a song called, "Good Friend," which shows the importance of having friends.
episode 08 - Eager Beaver
Phinneas Phatrat, the resident "con-man" (a rat), has hired a near-sighted beaver named Buzz-Saw to cut down all the trees in the swamp. He then begins building awful-looking "cabins" to sell to the critters who have been made homeless by the tree-cutting. But this time even Phinneas has a change of heart when he sees the harm he has caused to so many critters by cutting down their tree-homes. Instead of selling the "cabins," he gives them away to the homeless critters. This show also has Billy Bob and Ribbit replanting the tree that "Buzz-Saw" cut down, showing viewers the importance of replacing what you destroy. Billy Bob sings, "Gotta Leave It Like You Found It."
episode 09 - Riverboat Gambler
In this episode, Phinneas Phatrat cons Ribbit E. Lee out of his beloved riverboat, "The River Queen." Ribbit trades the River Queen to Phinneas for a "fortune in molasses!" The "fortune" turns out to be two barrels of dried, worthless molasses. But Billy Bob comes up with a plan that turns the tables on Phatrat and Ribbit gets the River Queen back. T. Bone Willie is also in this show and teaches Ribbit that you never get something for nothing. T. Bone sing, "You Gonna Have to Pay Your Dues."
episode 10 - Ribbit goes to Mexico
Ribbit E. Lee is looking at a travel brochure on Mexico when he falls asleep. When he awakens, he is in Mexico with a character called Little Pedro. This show features lots of mariachi music with Spanish guitars, trumpets, etc. Even Big Al's cafe becomes "Little Pedro's." At the end of the show Ribbit finally awakens and realizes it was all a dream...until Pedro comes by to sing at Big Al's! This show also introduces a fiddle-playing skunk named Chanel, who is accused of stealing Gumbo's fiddle. But Gumbo later finds his fiddle and learns a lesson about accusing someone falsely just because he's a stranger.
episode 11 - The Swamp Critters Easter Show
Phinneas Phatrat convinces the hens that the Easter Bunny, Picasso "Speedy" Cottontail doesn't deserve any eggs because he never gives the hens any credit for all the work they do. Henrietta, the leader of the hens gets "stars" in her eyes, thinking she'll become famous by painting and delivering all the eggs. But Phinneas really plans to do it himself. However, the swamp critters trick Phinneas into giving the eggs back to the Easter Bunny. "Speedy" Cottontail also learns to give credit where credit is due. "Speedy" and the hens also learn that you can accomplish a lot more when you work together and Easter comes once again.
episode 14 - Looks like Stormy Weathers
A pelican named "Stormy" Weathers flies into Lost Lagoon and challenges Ribbit to a race. "Stormy" says he can deliver mail faster by air than Ribbit can on his riverboat. The loser must leave Lost Lagoon. Ribbit loses the race because he stops to help a friend. After the race, Billy Bob convinces "Stormy" and ribbit that there's room for both of them in Lost Lagoon, working together.
episode 15 - Snorkle Finds a Friend
A small elephant shows up on Lost Lagoon, having fallen overboard from a circus barge. Because he looks different from the other swamp animals, he faces prejudice. But the swamp critters teach everyone that "It's What's Inside That Matters. If We Couldn't See, We'd All Look Alike!"
episode 16 - The Ballad of Country Weston
A conceited country singing star from Nashville named Willie Hank "Country" Weston shows up in Lost Lagoon. He thinks he is "above" everyone else until he hears the swamp critters. His attitude quickly changes and he teaches the swamp critters some great country music.
episode 17 - Joe Writes a Hit
Joe Raccoon decides to write a hit song. So, he asks each swamp critter a question: "If you could have one wish, what would you wish for?" Joe's song tells everyone's wishes and becomes a hit, embarrassing the swamp critters. The song says, "Be Careful What You Wish, Your Wish Might Come True!"
episode 18 - The Story of Rainbow Bear
Phinneas Phatrat has thrown chemcials and paints into a pond behind his junk pile. Billy Bob tells Bobby Q. the story of how a little bear falls into the multi-colored pond full of chemical waste and comes out permanently colored like a rainbow. The little bear becomes a symbol against pollution.
episode 19 - The Story of "Stinger"
Billy Bob tells Bobby Q. the story of "Stinger, King of the Bees." When a rogue bear destroys a bee colony, the baby "Prince" stinger is separated from his parents. When Stinger grows up and is reunited with his parents, he confronts the bear and shows him the error of his ways. He "defeats" the bear by using reason and compassion instead of violence and the bear becomes his friend.
episode 20 - Little Lie, Big Lie
Phinneas Phatrat cons Bobby Q. into entering a fishing contest as a "team." Phinneas "exaggerates" about the size of the fish they catch and when the story circulates around Lost Lagoon it gets completely out of hand. Bobby Q. learns that there's really no such thing as a "small" fib and that it's always bets to be honest and truthful.
episode 21 - The Taffy Pull
Ima Dilla has once again entered the yearly Taffy Contest, which she always wins. Ima wants to win more than anything, but when she hears that Old Granny Muskrat, who has never won is entereing for the last time, Ima switchens the Taffy so that Granny can win. But Phinneas Phatrat has "bet" on Granny and also switches the taffy. So, Ima's taffy still wins. However, Big Al declares both Ima and Granny the winners.
episode 22 - Blues in my Shoes Lost Lagoon's resident groundhog philosopher, T. Bone Wille returns to tell the story of Groundhog Charlie Watson, who taught Willie everything he knows about the blues. Willie teaches everyone to "Slow Down, Watch Your Children Grow, Hug'em Every Mornin', They'll Be Gone Before You Know..."
episode 23 - The Opening Act
Phinneas convinces Big Al to hire a comdian, who he manages, to open the show for the swamp critters. Big Al gives in. But the comedian insults everone from the audience to the swamp critters! Billy Bob teaches the audience that if yo have to be cruel to get attention, you're not really funny.
episode 24 - Where There's Smoke, There's Phinneas
Phinneas shows up at Big Al's smoking a cigar! He thinks it makes him look sophisticated. But, later he carelessly throws the lit cigar into a barrel of old rags and almost sets the swamp on fire? He not only learns how dangerous smoking can be for all the critters of the swamp, but he turns green and gets sick from smoking. Phinneas also learns how much he really cares for his junk yard when he almost loses it in the fire!
episode 25 - Another Jubilee
Phinneas Phatrat cons Big Al out of twenty clams by tricking him. But Ribbit reverses the process and teaches Phinneas a lesson. This year's Jambalaya Jubilee is even more exciting and colorful than last year's. Many of the characters from past shows return for a reunion and lots of great "swamp" music!
episode 26 - Back to the Fifties
While fishing, Joe Raccoon snags an old songbook from the fifties. The swamp critters decide to learn some of the songs and put on a fifties show. But they need a saxaphone to make the sound authentic so they once again go to Phinneas' junk yard and build one while singing, "Usin' Your Imagination."
