Coffee...
That one thing that keeps me awake in times when my whole system is meant to be fixated on school papers, exams, projects and all there is about school. Coffee does not only keep my eyes open and he rest of my body roused, it keeps me sane.
I've grown attached to coffee with the influence of some people, particularly my best friend. After frequent invitations to coffee shops, I discovered my connection with this wonderful drink. One phrase can describe this experience: a divine inner satisfaction.
I do not actually drink coffee everyday. I just indulge on it, uhh, at least three times a week. And the thing is, I usually crave for a cup of expresso from Figaro or Starbucks, which, to a student with a meager pocket like me, is a costly endeavor. But nevertheless, I never say no to a trip to the coffee shop, even if it results to my allowance running thin or to giving up some saved money for another fancied object, which is considered to a mere desire of the past.
With my near-addiction to coffee comes an open interest to the wonders of this drink. And I would be kind enough to share with you some things I've learned from some interesting reads.
