1- ACDSEE:
ACDSee is one of the best programs that views the photo files and
has nice functions like zoom and print, it also can change the format between
jpg,
bmp, gif . Its size is almost MB and you can download it from

2- WinZip:
A very useful program that every one uses. it is used
as old "ARJ" to compress files and split them into pieces on floppies.
its size is 1.20MB and you can download it from

3- Winamp:
The most famous program on
the web, used to play MP3 and the newer versions supports video playing.
it has funny options like play list, equalizer, Visualizations...
Its size is 2.12MB for full version and 921 KB for standard version

4- Yahoo Messenger:
program for chatting
with your friends has funny features like voice chat, Video chat, conference,
and much more, it requires an account at yahoo (www.yahoo.com)
or the mail account on yahoo.

5-Neoplanet:
A web browser
like netscape but has cool features like skins and other stuff, it is just
3.34MB.

6- NeoTrace:
Great Program
for TRACING connected computers on the web... Yes, You can get the real
location of the computer you trace just setup the place you dial from and
put the IP address of the desired connected computer then he traces every
node till he arrives to the computer. It is just 1.51MB.
But don't forget to setup your location...

7- NeoWatch:
An
Integral Program for NEOTRACE that works in the back ground and monitor
every connection or Ping to your computer, Then ask you if you want to
trace this computer... Works With ICQ and gets the IP of the people
you chat with, Also a friend of mine told me that it detected an SUB SEVEN
scanner scanning the ports on his computer and asked for permission to
trace him... GREAT TWO programs, Its size is 1.52 MB and found at the same
site. You can find other programs there like NTX, Neolite, Go on try them,
i have no time to check them..

8- Jet Audio:
A nice program that can play
different audio files like Mp3, ram, avi,... Can also play
Audio CDs and other good features like RECORDING audio in .wav or .ram
( YESS). I am using it right now because it is better that WINAMP in playing
both mp3s and Real Audio format... It is 7.71 MB but it deserves
downloading

9- Acrobat Reader:
One nice and important
program that displays .PDF files. This format is superb for the web books
because a book in .DOC takes 3 MB but in PDF only about 1.2MB (GREAT).
There is a version of Acrobat that enables you to transform documents in
Microsoft Word from DOC to PDF but it is almost 83MB and not free ware
:(( Then i think the ordinary 9.76MB version is good for the
moment

10- Getright:
A program to organize and schedule
downloads from the internet. Who did not suffer when the computer disconnects
from the internet after download 15.5MB From 15.6MB and then you Have to
START FORM THE BEGINNING... This program lets you pause or stop downloading
the file for 1000000 Days and then RESUME from the last part. It is 1.22MB
and i hope that you complete downloading it before the computer disconnects.

11- Gozilla:
Similar to getright... If you have
time and a fast connection why don't you try it?? It is 1.73MB

12- ICQ:
Ok I was thinking not to add this
program for several reasons: 1- Mirabillis is an ISRAEL IAN company
2- ICQ is the least secure program i have ever seen. That is because it
uses the Client to Client connection to face the enormous load on its servers.
The nice thing about it is that it sends free SMS. But is not secure of
all, many hackers use it some how to play around your computer. If you
don't believe me, Go to a search engine(www.alltheweb.com)and
look for icq hacking programs or icq bombers and see how
many sites offer programs and tools to illegal operations with it. Any
way this is my opinion and this does not mean that i don't use it... :))
Any way it is 5.06MB and the message archive (better download it to have
a history of all your messages) is 251 KB. To find valuable

13- ICQ Backup: 
Yes That's right.
How many time you wanted to format or reinstall windows and you can't do
it because of your Icq contact list?? Now you can make a backup of all
your icq so that you don't have to rerequest authorizations or search for
your friends icq numbers. i recommend to make weekly backups of the icq
because you don't know when windows turns on you.. Size? I don't know i
lost the program and i need to redownload it. It does not exceed 1.5 MB.

14- Mirc:
The oldest and the first
program i used to chat. MIRC is useful is u don't want to be known, Then
you can talk freely. but take care because you are not absolutely unknown.

One
of the Greatest programs i have ever seen for egineers. You can:
1- Simplify Functions

16- Zone Alarm:
Very Good
firewall. What is a fire wall? Click here for
answer. It is classified among the best firewalls and what makes
it my favourite is that it is FREEWARE. I am using it on my personal computer.
Its size is 2.76 MB and it deserves downloading.
