Please allow me to introduce our organization to you. We are the Trans World Wrestling Alliance, and we have been in existance since June 1998. Our wrestlers have many years of experience and are well respected.Our wrestlers have made wrestling their lives and that is why our company is special.We care about our fans and our communities.We bring you the fans a high quality, action packed,family oriented event for fans of all ages!!!
Currently Pro Wrestling is one of the hottest industries drawing one of the biggest audiences and beating other professional sports such as Baseball and football in ratings on tv.
Our staff is courtious and very professional.
Now is the time for your non-profit organization to jump on the wrestling bandwagon with a T.W.W.A. event

TALENT

The T.W.W.A. only works with the most professional superstars.
Currently we have over 250 International Super Stars on our roster.We also have connections with Former WWF,WCW,ECW Superstars and current NWA TNA Superstars for your next fund raising Event.

FINANCIAL AGREEMENT

The T.W.W.A. has several plans that are designed to help your organization with successfully promoting a Pro Wrestling Event.

1.You can buy the show at the signing of the contract ,and receive 100% of the profits.
2.You can put 1/2 of the cost of the show at the signing of the contract with the balance due 2 weeks prior to the event,and receive 75% of the profits.
3.The T.W.W.A. will agree to confirm the event with no money down at the signing of the contract,Cost of the event due 2 weeks prior to the event,and receive 50% of the profits.

NOTE: ALL COSTS FOR HEADLINERS MUST BE PAID AT THE SIGNING OF THE CONTRACT!!!!!

FACILITIES

Your organization will be responsible for securing the use of a facility to hold the event,as well as all fee's for the facility (set up and clean up fee's,custodial fee's,etc.). The facility should be able to seat at least 1,000 people and have a big enough area for a dressing room.You may need to supply a floor covering (check with the facility).
Types of facilities recommended are:
Recreation Centers,School Gymnasiums,Arena's and other venues.During the summer months we also do outside events.

WRESTLING RING SET UP AND PRE SHOW ACTIVITIES

The staff and ring crew of the T.W.W.A. will need to access the facility between 2-3 P.M. to do pre show activities (set-up ring, etc.)

SEATING

You will need to supply at least 500 chairs for ringside seating and bleachers to seat between 500-1,000 people for general admission seating.

TICKET PRICES

Ticket Prices vary from State to State and the Talent on the show.

On the average the ticket prices are as follows:
Ringside - $10 - $17
General Admission - $8 - $12

We can provide your organization with pre printed tickets shipped to you C.O.D. or your organization can get a sponsor to print up the tickets advertising a local business.

ADVANCE TICKET SALES

You will need to provide 4-6 ticket outlets.They should be well known to the public such as:
convienient stores,drug stores,video stores,etc.
Tickets should be distributed to the outlets at least 4 weeks prior to the show.Your organization is responsible for ALL MONIES AND TICKETS!!!

FOOD CONCESSIONS

We don't handle any food concessions.Your organization has full food concession rights.

ADVERTISING

Advertising is one of the major keys for a successful event. Here are some very successful methods that we have utilized and found to be most effective:

POSTERS

We will send you 100 color advertising posters C.O.D. for you to distribute in high traffic areas 14-21 days prior to the event.The placement of the posters is critical to the success of your fund raiser.

NEWSPAPERS,RADIO,TV

Most non-profit organizations receive free coverage of their event from your local newspapers,radio stations and tv stations.This is another key element on a successful event.Check with your local newspapers,radio stations and tv stations for free coverage.
We can provide you with a press release for your event upon request.

SECURITY

You will be responsible for having security at the event.

DOCTOR

You will be responsible to have a doctor (M.D. or D.O.) at the event this is required by the law.

TAXES

Certain states require an entertainment tax to be taken out of ticket sales.

TABLES

You will need to provide at least 10 (8 foot) tables to be used by the timekeeper and ring announcer,as well as the wrestlers for autograph sessions at the facility before the event and during intermission, also for souvenir sales.

AUTOGRAPH SESSION

Our super stars will be available before the show and during intermission for autographs which are free. Most of the super stars have pictures and polaroids for sale at an additional cost.

SOUVENIRS

The T.W.W.A. will sell souvenirs including but not limited to the following:
Programs,T-Shirts,Photos,etc.Th T.W.W.A. keeps all monies made from these sales.

VIDEO TAPING

No one is permitted to video tape any T.W.W.A. events except the T.W.W.A. Staff unless otherwise agreed to by the T.W.W.A.

We encourage flash photography.

BELL TIME

The First match will begin promptly at 7:30 P.M. with doors opening at 6:30 P.M.There will be at least a 20 minute intermission during the course of the event.The matches should be completed approx. 10:30 P.M.

Additional responsibilities of the sponsor and the T.W.W.A. will be reviewed during contract discussions
