Amarao: A special agent from the BII. (Bureau of Interstellar Immigration) Amarao claims to know who or what Haruko really is. He is an adult and tries to act like one but comes off acting like a kid. He wears strange eyebrows which stop the ability to use your head for an N-O channel.
Atomsk: A figure that is very, very powerful. He can inhabit bodies and give them special abilities. Haruko wants his power, but Noata gets the power first. When Amarao was telling Naota about Atomsk they pictured it as a man, that was because they never saw his true form, a red bird.

Canti: Canti was the first robot that Noata pulled through via the N-O channel. He has a few nicknames including 'TV boy.' After he 'eats' Noata he turns red to show that the full power of Atomsk has entered him, there they show Canti/Atomsk's full potential.

Eyebrows: Big bushy eyebrows are a trademark of Amarao, they stop your ability to open up an N-O channel.

Gaku: Gaku is a classmate of Noata's. He often trades weird and unusual information. He has a perverse mind to say the least.

Haruko: A VERY crazy woman. She says she's 19 but we don't know for sure. With her bass guitar she tries to open an N-O channel with Naota to help her gain Atomsk's powers. Eventually, Naota develops a crush on her.

Kamon: Kamon is the father of Noata and his older brother. He likes Haruko a lot and constantly talks about how he thinks Noata and Haruko 'do it.' He publishes a magazine slandering Ninamori's family during their controversy and runs a bakery.
Kitsurubami: Kitsurubami's is also an agent of the BII, Amarao is her boss. She is seen in the BII Command Center scanning the viewscreens. When the BII realize that Medical Mechanica's plan involves Canti, she tries to destroy him with a huge gun/cannon. Haruko attacks and the weapon blows up, sending her flying into the river. Canti helps her out and Kitsurubami falls in love.

Masashi: Masashi is another classmate of Noata's. He can drive a pick-up as was seen in the series and likes to gossip.
Miyu-Miyu: Noata's pet cat, Haruko loves to play with this plump furball.
N
Ninamori: Ninamori is the class president of Ta-kun's class. She rigged the votes for the class play so that she would get the main role and Noata would play the cat. At that time Noata had horns which resembled cat ears. She is very mature about things and controls her emotions.
N-O channel: An opening using the left and right sides of the brain to transport objects in an instant, even across a few lightyears.

Shigekuni: Shigekuni is Noata's older grandfather. He is a retired baker and is coach of the Mabase Martians, a baseball team which has never been good since Noata's brother left for America.
