Combat Ratings

For every mission completed, there is a standard payment issued to each of the participants based on individual performance, mission success and how that success was reached. Mission success and how it is achieved is graded out of 100%, while individual performances are graded out of 10.

The key element in a mission is success and accordingly - this is the main grade judged by whether the primary objective is completed or not. The two other aspects an operative is graded on as mentioned, are: how success was reached (affected by: choices, teamwork, OOC communication and understanding of the mission as a whole), the other factor which grades an operativeis their Individual Performance Rating - affected by how the operative reacted to and handled combat, events, the environment etc.

Inidividual performance is vital to an operative's long term career as it determines promotions and demotions above everything else.
