16. Promote Efficiency in the Student Council.
The aim of the Student Council must be to deliver service to the students in the most prompt manner. Thus, NKE proposes to promote efficiency in the SC by introducing a more vigorous committee system. This will ensure the proper delegation of tasks among councilors and the speedy action on different issues.
17. Continue and Popularize the Students' Hour.
The SC, being a publicly elected office, is answerable to its constituents. Thus, the students should be given the opportunity to know the affairs of the SC, and to express their concerns to them. Transparency and accountability in the affairs of the SC should be given utmost priority.
18. Implement the PADAYON Program.
To provide every student an informed path to his/her chosen career, NKE is reviving PADAYON. The PADAYON Program is aimed to give graduating students career orientation seminars. Another objective of the program is to re-orient the graduating students to the role of the Iskolar ng Bayan in nation-building.
