Herbed Sweet & White Mashed Potatoes

8oz         Sweet Potatoes
10 oz       Idaho Potatoes
1/2 C       Low Fat Yogert (makes these potatoes creamy/smooth)
2 TBL      Chopped Fresh Parsley
3/4 tsp     Chopped Rosemary
1/2 tsp     Salt
1/4 tsp     Fresh ground black pepper

Preheat oven 400
Pierce potatoes several times with forkl
Bake until tender 45 minutes
When cool, peel and halve potatoes lengthwise, discard skins and coarsly chop pulp.
In medium bowl and combine pulp, yogurt, parsley, rosemary, salt and pepper, mashing and whipping with potato masher or spoon until smooth.
Serve immediately.


Serving is 1/2 cup
