AUBURN – John W. Lavarnway, 43 Grant Av. Prominent in thirties while in high school and college, received word over the week-end that his war brides, Mrs. Mary Tully Lavarnway and daughter, Mary Patricia are due to arrived from England March 28 on the steamship E.B. Alexander. They were married when Corp. Lavarnway was on duty in England.

Mary M. and daughter Mary P. [11½ mos] Lavarnway left Southampton on March 19, 1946 onboard the SS Washington and arrived in New York on March 26, 1946.
