Three More GI Babies Ill
NEW YORK (AP) Three more GI babies were under treatment at the Fort Hamilton Army Hospital today for intestinal disorders medical authorities in the recent deaths of nine infants who arrived here from Europe aboard bride-ships.
The three babies suffering from diarrhea and another suffering from bronchitis were rushed to the hospital Thursday after the Army transport John Ericsson arrived from Southampton with 552 war brides and 71 children.
In all 63 children are being treated at Fort Hamilton for intestinal disorders.
