Master Mosquiton '99
In 1999, a new Mosquiton series was released, this time with the standard 26 episodes.  Since it is not released in America yet, it is somewhat hard to get ahold of, but can be found some places online in the form of Japanese DVD or fansubs.  Here, is listed a few differences between the OVA and the TV series.

Also, I've seen all of the series that's been translated (including the new volume 4) and there are a couple of things that maybe you might want to know:
1.  The music is almost exactly the same...used in different places, but the same.
2.  He most certainly does change, but ONLY when he drinks Inaho's blood.  At that point, he loses all memories, becomes one scary looking SOB (scarier then in the OVA) and gets wings out of his cape...serious "angel of death" look...
3.  Inaho is in fact in love with Mosquiton, but at this point is still frightened of that love.  She is convinced that Mosqui doesn't really love her, but instead loves the memory of the Inaho who he knew before (her ancestor).  Thus, she hides it behind being annoying.
4.  We're not sure if Rasputin exists...but my friends and I concur that Inaho's butler in the series looks a hell of a lot like the old geezer...
5.  Inaho's not a power freak, she's a money freak.
6.  In the series, it looks like Camille works for SaintGermaine and ISNT married to Mosquiton, though there is a possiblity since there was only a short scene with them.
7.  Mosquiton does indeed teach History class...and it's so cute!
8.  They manage to dump the majority of the plot of the OVA into a two episode arc, though said plot is mixed with several other things and is slightly different.  In this, StGermain is trying to bring hell on earth...not kill the Starlords with earth.
Just to let you know.  And I didn't really like the series as much before I saw the latest volume...then it's starting to kick in as being as kick arse as the oav.  The fansubs are available at several sites, but volume 4 is only at Sachi Gumi...
