Alucard Von Mosquiton
( Aka: Mo-chan or Mosqui)

Note: Alucard draculA

Mosquiton is a very nervous and clumsy gent, and at the time of the OVA's beginning, he lives with Inaho Hitomebore and his two servants, Honou and Yuki, behind the TIME clockstore in Shanghai, China, all though he is originally from what seems to be Euroasia.  He gives in to others easily, especially to those he loves, and is easily overcome by women in general.

He is a decendant of the great vampire, Mor Vivan, who is also supposedly a relative of Dracula.

Because of Mosquiton's special condition of being only one-quarter vampire, he is not weak to sunlight, all though he is pale, and only becomes full vampire after first sucking the blood of a "victim."  He gains great power when doing so, and bloodthirsty to an extent to which he usually is quite not.  It appears that he can suck blood without going into his crazy state as well as when he is in his crazy state, he can only suck blood to create more vampires.

Mosquiton's general appearances in the OVA anime have him in a purple V-neck, long-sleeved shirt and black pants.  He wears a belt, a cross necklace, a cape, and John Lennon style sunglasses on his head.  These sunglasses are actually historically appropirate, as sunglasses have been around as long as ancient China.

Summary of Mochan's character in action and some background:
Mosquiton is only one quarter vampire.  Nevertheless, Mosquition has the power to become a strong, deadly, literally blood-thirsty soul.
A long time ago, three-hundred years to the time in which the story of Mosquiton OVA begins, Mosquiton was in love/married with a woman named Camille, in which he called Inaho, due to her middle name.  They were being hunted down by Count Sangermaine, and in order to save the both of them, Camille offered to become a vampire which would give her ultimate power.   Mosquiton agreed merely to make her happy bit her and she did become what was fated.

For a temporary amount of time, Count Sangermaine was slightly defeated and stayed away from Mosquiton.  One day, Mosquiton was seperated from Camille on a boat which was apparently headed for the land in which a castle lay.

Two-hundred years after he met his wife, he had an affair with a young woman at the castle.  She had red/orange hair and wore a single cross earring, and carried the last name Hitomebore.   One-hundred years after that, when he laying sleeping in that castle, a young woman with red/orange hair who wore a single cross earring found the den where his coffin lay.   She awoke him with the pact of blood.

The pact of blood includes a spell, apparently (possibly not) associated with Wicca which causes a drop of blood to bring someone, a vampire, back to life and become your "servant" and they must do your bidding.
(In Mosquiton, this isn't entirely active, as he does have his own will.)

Two guardians by the names of Hono and Yuki rose and asked who had awaken the master.  A somewhat naked Mosquiton rose from his coffin, and bowed to her, commenting in a very cute manner that "we meet again."

Inaho, the red-haired young woman, a relative to the former, took him home to Shanghai where he seemed to live a normal life (minus the cape-wearing) working in a clock store called "Time."

It's not completely certain if Inaho and Mosquiton are definitely in love, or if they are even married, but it would appear they are.  She wishes to obtain a certain "O-Part" which supposedly carries the power to make her live forever so she can always be with him without having to become a vampire.
